The Walgreens pharmacy has the worse service ever. They helped other people even though you are next in line. Kids are nosy and parents don’t even do anything about it.

This is the absolut WORST walgreens I have ever been to. They ignore people at the drive thru, are rude and snotty with customers, have had numberous problems with their pill counts (they are constantly shorting me), they call, email, AND text me numberous times saying my script is ready but when I go down there they havent even started or they try to charge me instead of my insurance company. One time I dropped off a script and 4 days later it still wasn’t filled… some excuse that my Dr office never answers the phone (funny thing I always can get through to make an appt or whatever I need. even at 6:30 am!) …ended up taking the script across the street to fry’s and it being done 30 minutes later.

I generally go to Walgreens only because it’s close to my house so its convenient. But after my service today I’ll never return!
I had sent 4 photos to be printed that I needed immediately (I’d submitted the photos online). When I went into the store, it literally took me 30 minutes to even get someone to help me in the photo department. The front cashier called for help twice and, when no one came, I found a random employee who had been stocking and asked her to please help me. As she was walking behind the counter the photo person FINALLY emerged from the back, but I was then told that he could NOT sell me my 4 photos because I didn’t have the release of copyright since they were professional photos. I understand if that’s store policy, but I’ve had the EXACT SAME photos printed before from the SAME Walgreens to be framed in my home. There was no problem then!?! If a policy had changed there should be some notification! I wasn’t alerted when I submitted the order online — it was not until I’d been waiting for THIRTY MINUTES that I was then turned away.
They should definitely have their «policy» posted somewhere either online or in-​store (or both!) and stick to it instead of having it seemingly change (since sometimes they don’t care and sometimes they do apparently).

I thought I’d reviewed this already and it turns out I haven’t checked in here or anything. I like this Walgreen’s. Great customer service and you can usually find a helpful employee to help you. I’m sure there’s times that someone calls in sick or it’s really busy. But, I don’t get the feeling they’re all hanging in the back laughing at me as they watch the video of me going up and down the aisles looking for a Moss Covered 3 Handled Family Gradunza.
