Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is unprofessional, rude, and somehow none of their info syncs up with other Walgreens. Old insurance, old address, etc. I’ve never had this problem with other Walgreens pharmacies. I have no idea why this one is disconnected from the rest and their store clerks don’t seem to have a clue either. Instead of calling when there was a problem with insurance(since they’re using one for 3 years ago), they just fail to renew the Rx. When I show up to pick it up as scheduled, they act like I’ve somehow messed up rather than them. I’ve got a sick kid who needs antibiotics. It’s not a controlled substance or something, FILLMYFREAKINGSCRIPT! Nope, they need ANOTHER hour(on top of the last one). Get your act together and there wouldn’t have been an issue. So frustrated. Will never be back to this Walgreens again. Puts a sour taste in my mouth toward the whole company, for that matter. Rant over.

I really don’t like this Walgreens. But then again, all Walgreens I ever go to seem to really bother my taste buds. I usually tend to use a smaller chain pharmacy, specifically for a better pharmacist they usually are a lot more emphatic and have a true care for your medical needs. When I go to Walgreens,(especially this one) i never get any happy or nice greeting, I’m always treated negative, and when I ask to speak to a pharmacist about it I usually have to decide to leave because they are just as bad. moral of the story. I don’t like Walgreens at all. and this one especially

Yeah, I’m writing a review on Walgreens… what? It’s more to pass time at work than to truly try and explain my experience in a store that EVERYONE in the US knows very well, I digress: Four stars, final answer. I can’t possibly give a Walgreens five stars, thats ridiculous, and would completely negate the sweet businesses that have received top honor from myself in the past. But yes, I AM a fan of the Walgreens… they are always the same, and you can count on them for what you need. Except for an eyeglass repair kit, they always seem sold out, but since I don’t wear glasses, I guess I can live with this. Cheers– dRe’
