This walmart people dont know whats going on nobody knows up from down. We had a coupon an the manager didnt want to honor it. She kept telling us it wasn’t a Walmart coupon tried to show her it was from their own website, she said no its not on sale an she wont adjust the price. There is plenty other Walmrts in Tucson stay away from this 1.

The ladys in the front were wondeful however, I Will not be returning. I was seen by Doctor Coopers and he is extremely rude. he did not greet me or ask me my name. I had to ask him his name 5 minutes into my appointment. His behavior indicated to me he didn’t want to interact with me because I am African American. I refuse d to pay my hard earn money therefore I walked out and left. bottom line treat people how you would want to be treated. Customer service should be your goal and everything else will fall into place.

The team is great, I made an appointment July 26 for 8⁄11 at 3 and I had an earlier appointment that was running a little behind, they alloyed an hour total for my contact appointment and I was out of there right on time. I had to go back a week later because I was worried that it wasn’t the right strength and they had me see the optometrist right then even though there were 3 people ahead of me, it took about 3 minutes but I was very grateful that they could answer a quick question for me. The only downside, it’s walmart, which means besides yourself there are going to be the typical uncivilized walmart customers that are infamous for shopping there and thinking they are more important and have and have that sense of entitlement.

I went to Walmart for the savings but the staff does not seem to care whether I am a client or not. Poor service has caused me to look else where for my contacts. The contacts were fine as they are 3rd party provider.

I’ve been going to the walmart Vision center since 2008. It turned out my previous eye doctor works at this location. Dr. Gary Grammand is the best in my opinion. He always seems to know what’s best and he’s great to work with. This Walmart vision center also has sunglasses with readers on them. Ad glasses with with magnetic matching sunglasses which I am going to get this year.

i dont think anyone really likes to go to walmart its more that its convenient since its open 24⁄7 and inexpensive for things around the house. its always crowded in here and kids are running around screaming and running through the clothing racks and even into you almost making you fall over them, unless its like 2am which is a good time to go. i always have to get tank tops here there so cheap and confy and have all kinds of different colors and prints and i also love the graphic tees, walmart has come up a lot in the clothing selections they have now and had back in the day when i would die if i had to get clothes there lol. they have cute things for my dog also, doggy shirts and treats«yes my dog wears shirts he weighs 3 pounds and gets cold easily» i love spoiling him. another thing they always have good deals on candles i love the big ones that make your house smell good. you really cant go wrong here if you need it they probably have it and if u need something at 3am they are open which is the best part about walmart.

I go to a small independent eye place that takes my insurance for exams, but I didn’t want to spend $ 400 on designer glasses from there(I wear contacts most of the time), so I checked out good olé Walmart for the first time. I was amazed at how cheap glasses are there. I got some frames for $ 25 that looked almost identical to the $ 160 designer ones I wanted and the thinner polycarbonite lenses for $ 110 compared to $ 150+ at the other place. The service was very good both times I went in there. Once to just look at frames(because I didn’t have my scrip with me) and the next time to order the ones I picked out on the first visit. The ladies working asked if I needed help and one stood with me and explained things as I tried on glasses and was very nice. When I ordered there was only one lady working and she acknowledged me while helping someone else and was very nice helping me get my glasses ordered. I will make my final assessment of this eye center upon receiving the glasses.

I hate going to wal-mart, I cannot stand the place, the smell, the people, the noise the scanner makes, the fact that every time I go they have moved items from their previous isle, the bathrooms, the way they treat their pharmacists, their $ 4 prescription bullshit, and many, many, many other things. I have finally found something I like about wal-mart: The Vision Center is my favorite! I got a whole year supply of my oasis contacts for 34 dlls after insurance!!! Yep, not a 6 month supply but a whole year supply! For about 2 years I have been going to Nationwide and before that to Lenscrafters and I always had to pay them 35 dlls on top of my insurance allowance just to cover the cost of a 6 month supply. It is offcial, I like wal-mart a little now.

Cheapest way I’ve found to get contacts. Go to the worse Wal-mart, the Speedway one, for fast service. Doors to the Speedway Wal-mart do in fact open directly to a communist hell; however, they will take your prescription and put in your order in just a few minutes. The vision center people at the foothills location are nice, but they are chatty and it will take you 20 – 30 minutes just to put in your prescription.
