This place looks like something from an old, old movie. It’s rundown, not maintained well at all and pretty dead. I came here using a groupon a few months back and saw they had the sale again… It’s no wonder. Doesn’t look like this place gets much business for its miniature golf course or the go karts. There is only one track for the go karts on this property which was disappointing. They race bikes and remote control cars here so I’m guessing that’s where they get most of the revenue from. This place has potential especially with it being right off of the 10 freeway. It’s too bad the owners don’t take any pride in this property. Looks like it’s in MAJOR need of a renovation/makeover.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tucson, AZ
As Tucson grandparents, we were looking for something to do for our visiting grandsons. We came across information about the Xtreme Fun Spot and checked it out with the boys, age 10 and 13. The boys and their dad took advantage of the Go-Kart facilities, and had a blast! There was a lot of tire squealing and a couple spins, but the carts and course are designed for fun and safety. We took lots of picks for a memorable Thankgsiving visit! The staff was rehabbing a mini golf course while we were there, so I’m sure there will be another activity choice soon. There is also an amazing looking BMX course on site. The Facebook page for Xtreme Fun Sports talks a lot about the BMX activities. There were no BMX activities on the Wednesday evening while we were there. The place is easy to get to, has plenty of parking, and has a snack shop. We’ll certainly be returning with friends and grandchildren!
