This place is crazy popular! We were on a wait for an hour but I was so excited to try it that I didn’t mind the wait too much. The hand cut fries and worth getting on the side and they do give you a lot, enough to split between two people. My veggie burger was one of the best I’ve ever had and would definitely come back to get it again. Inside is very modern and upbeat with friendly staff. My friend ordered a burger well done practically burnt and got it pink but our server took it off his check without anyone having to ask, great job!

The first thing you’ll notice is the friendly atmosphere. Everyone greets you like you are friends! They have a great bar and outside patio, too. The wait hasn’t ever been very long. Once you are seated they check on you often and it’s never a nuisance, it’s always welcome. The food is delicious and decadent with a delightful presentation. Whether you opt for the burger of the week or a salad I’ve never found something I didn’t simply devour because it was just too good. I simply adore coming in on Sunday afternoons with friends. We spend time with each other and no one seems to mind if we linger. I think the best part about Sundays is that we always ask to sit in Maddie’s section. She is just a delight! While I am sure the other servers are wonderful, in truth, I don’t know that I would come in very much if it weren’t for Maddie. Her outgoing personality and her warm smile make you feel right at home. She always seems to remember our order or how we like our burger cooked. Sundays at Zinburger with friends always includes Maddie!

Probably some of the best burgers in town can be found here. You can never go wrong with their truffle fries. The only downside would be the price. I think their cheapest burger will run you about $ 15 not including fries. Great atmosphere and drinks.

OK… I do like it here. Not my favorite burger in town, but they have many choices and it is always cooked the way you want it. Clean! I like clean. Food is consistent and good. Drink choices are good. So from meat, to turkey to non-meat, to bun less, all your burger tastes are accounted for. They have a burger of the week. Never know… but nice changes. They do offer salads and various sides. The buns are always fresh, however I also find them always dry. They taste good, but not fond of the consistently dry bun. Thus sometimes making the burger hard to swallow. This may very well be the reason, this is not my favorite burger in town. The bacon they use is good! Nicely smoked flavor. No sides are served with this $ 10+ burger. Always find that a little outrageous.

I recently tried this place for the first time after hearing nothing but great things about it. I have been back since then as well because I loved it! I got the el Diablo burger. It has a good kick to it since it has roasted jalapeños on it! It also comes with a chipotle mayo which is delicious. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. Perfectly cooked. Burgers don’t come with fries so they have to be orders separately. An order of fries is the perfect amount for 2 people to share and they are worth ordering! Service is great, I’ve always had positive experiences there. Highly recommended!

Expensive and nothing to write home about! Did receive excellent and attentive service! Burger, alone, was $ 11.50. Fries or other sides are extra. Burger was good, but definitely far from the best I’ve eaten for much less money. Ate at 5 Guys and thought the burger of equal or better quality. Double chocolate milkshake was good, but fairly small and pricey. Seems like you pay for the«Gen ??» environment.

This location is much better, in terms of space, than the River and Campbell location. Zinburger is great, they have all type of options if you’re not a red meat eater like me. I ordered a scrumptious grilled chicken sandwich with havarti cheese and basically gobbled it down. Don’t forget to share an order of fries. The truffle ones are my go to. They also have really good salads and scrumptious milkshakes. In case you’re looking for alcohol, they have some pretty yummy house cocktails, including a unique take on the moscow mule.

The best burgers are found at Zinburger for the following reasons: 1. Best tasting meat 2. Consistently cooked the way you order it(which is better than most places 3. The buns and topping are top notch. I also love all their fries. As for their prices, they are a little more than most places. But they are more than worth it.

Delicious gourmet burgers and salads. The menu is fairly simple. The daily 4 – 6 happy hour has a great selection of food and drinks. Ketchup and mustard come as individual sides instead of in yucky squeeze bottles. There are a lot of places to get burgers, but Zinburger is my favorite in Tucson. If you go during happy hour a classy burger dinner for two can cost $ 40.00 or less.

First time here, not really impressed for an expensive burger joint. Burgers were kinda sloppy, with too much mayo and sauces on the burgers, saturated the buns which weren’t toasted much if at all. Tasted ok but nothing special. The burgers became a mess after a few bites and we resorted to eating them with cutlery. Buns were fresh and the meat tasted fresh. I had a Diablo which was disappointingly not very hot or spicy. Very few jalapeños, I counted 1. Wifey had a plain burger and added bacon and cheese. The zucchini fries were hot but limp, tasted good, sauce was good too. The $ 7 plate of fries was kind of light on fries. Iced tea was some funny variety and not true black tea. Worst part were the flies. Had to battle them to fight for the food.

It’s pricy, but delicious. The price of the burgers was offset by the awesome happy hour prices on good craft beers. They have a nice selection of burgers, salads, and fries. It’s hopping busy, but they quoted an accurate wait time. They don’t have a comfortable space to stand while you wait for the table, but we had a beer in hand… so it was fine :) Everyone enjoyed their meals, so it’s a win! I will definitely recommend it next time I am on that side of town.

I had the Samburger, my boyfriend had the Zinburger and we shared a plate of their loaded fries(it was also happy hour so the fries are half off during that time). The burgers are HUGE and will fill you up fast. My only complaint would be that I had the Latte shake and although it was WONDERFUL, it didn’t seem to have a lot of the crumbled biscotti cookie in it. I only noticed 3 – 4 very small pieces.

Finally made my way to zinburger… It was a last minute decision. Completely shocked to find it completely packed at 5pm. Turns out they have happy hour every day 4−6pm. Half off wine, drafts and starters. Unimpressed with burger options. So many options but I feel like they limited themselves. But still made up for it with several milkshake options. Kids meals were $ 3, didn’t get any but great deal. Ordered truffle fries, Mac n cheese and zucchini fries to start. Zucchini fries were really good but you get tired of them after a few bites. Mac n cheese was thick and creamy, very good. Truffle fries were extremely disappointing. Maybe I have high standards when it comes to truffle fries… Wouldn’t order again. Everything needed salt. Now normally, I hate getting burgers… No one ever cooks them right. Always overcooked or under. I ordered medium and I received medium. My mind is blown. Cooks who actually cook to the right temp… Burger was decent, buns were slightly sweet. What’s on the menu is what you get, no raw onion, tomato or lettuce. Decided to get banana cream pie thanks to a pic from a fellow Unilocaler that looked delicious… And oh boy was it. Usually not a fan of pie just cause of crusts… This was a sugary caramel graham cracker crust that was absolutely to die for… Almost ordered another one after I destroyed it. Heavy on whipped cream and caramel and light on bananas but I was still very happy and would order again.

I have always been a Zinburger fan — creative and tasty burgers, delicious fries, delectable shakes, and a great beer and wine selection. I recently attended a birthday dinner at this location, and the service was EXCELLENT. The on-duty manager made sure everything was going well for the 12-head dinner. We had a new waitress — but her training partner did such a great job she had fun and we didn’t even notice. Zinburger has expanded their menu, and it now includes Green Chile Fries. These fries are spicy and savory, and quickly defined the meal for me. Always a great time at Zinburger!

After my last reivew, I gave Zinburger another try. However, this time, I went to another location on Grant. The waiter took very good care of us; when we came in for lunch, we were seated right away. The waiter was very attentive the entire time, never forgetting to refill my water and asking if we needed anything. We both had gluten concerns, so I ordered a gluten-free veggie burger and sweet potato fries, and my friend ordered a salad with ahi on top. The waiter went out of his way to double check if the veggie burger patty had gluten in it, without me having to ask, and kindly informed me that the veggie burger had gluten in it, and asked if I wanted to order a different plate. I changed my order to the classic Zinburger, and was very satisfied; the burger came with caramelized onions. I ordered the medium-rare patty, and it was cooked to my complete satisfaction. As for the salad with Ahi, my friend, a regular at Zinburger, ordered a smaller-sized plate(without chickpeas) because the regular size was too big for her. She ordered the sauce on the size, and she was very happy with her food as well. I feel like Zinburger’s foods are very healthy, and the staff are more than willing to take care of their customers. The burgers and the salad are on the pricer side, but I am willing to pay that much for their trustworthy service. I would definitely recommend Zinburger(especially at the Grant location) and would go back.

First time visitor to Tucson area and was taken here for a weekday lunch by some colleagues. I had the bunless burger which came with a patty, cottage cheese, tomato slices, pickle slices, thousand island dressing and a wedge of lettuce. The burger had that good homemade feeling and taste to it, freshly made and seasoned well with salt and pepper. My colleagues indulged in the Plain Jane style in addition to the Breakfast burger and fries… tons of fries. Buyer beware that although it does state it on the menu, the side of fries are plenty to share for 2. Yes, even guys sharing. Would definitely return if I was craving a burger!

A year later and I’m still the Duke of Zin and their burgers are hands down still the best in town! Nothing beats their Kobe Burger and now I’ve had every Kobe burger in town! Hand cut fries with truffle oil and the fried zucchini sticks with the garlic parm dip — yes please. ½ of apps for Happy Hour, done & done.

Zinburger had so much promise. How can you go wrong with a wine and burger bar? I’ve never heard of such a thing, but as a fan of both I was excited to try it. I came here on a Thursday evening after a long day of hiking. My boyfriend and I were ravenous and ready to annihilate a couple burgers. For starters we had the kale caesar salad, which was insanely bitter! Nothing in the ingredients list mentioned vinegar of any sort(tuscan kale, herb bread crumbs, pecorino cheese & caesar dressing). So either the kitchen made it wrong or they have a very strange recipe for caesar dressing. For burgers, I ordered the Plain and Simple, cooked medium. The first bite I took was pretty good, but as I got further into it, I realized the meat was actually rare inside(check out my pic in their photos section). Gross! It’s one thing to overcook meat, but under cooking is not okay. My bf ordered the Ringer, medium rare. His meat came out about right, erring on the side of medium. Maybe the server mixed up our preferences? Either way, the whole meal grossed me out and I won’t be coming back.
