Today we had the install from the 11 windows we ordered. Edvin was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a good price, delivered the windows earlier than promised and his crew did a very professional, efficient install and cleaned and hauled away the mess. The 3 man crew did the difficult job (our old ones were stubborn and had to cut the glass to get the frames out on a couple of them) in about 6 hours. I think now we are going to have them replace the front door next. I like to support local businessmen over places like Home Depot or Lowes. Very satisfied with the job.

I replaced an exterior and 3 interior doors. The exterior door was installed
last fall and has proven to be solid and substantial through many changes of
weather. No dust coming through the bottom, no swelling or shrinking or sagging
as was the case with my previous doors. I have just had leaded glass interior
doors installed, They are a pleasure to work with and have done an excellent
job, I highly recommend them for their products and service.

I was very nervous about having our front windows replaced but Edvin assured me it would be amazing and he was 100% right. He walked us through the options and advised us, couldn’t be more pleased with the choices he helped us make. Today was installation and I was nervous again and once again Edvin and his crew knocked it out of the park, they are beautiful and now I can’t wait to have them do the rest of the house. From start to finish, we had a great experience with Elegant Windows. Edvin was professional and helpful throughout the job. We had a big project with 19 windows to replace. Because of the size of the job, we had 3 quotes before we chose Elegant Windows. We got a great price and the installation was smooth. No surprise that the job took a few days to finish, but it was worth it. The crew was friendly and efficient and they took great pride in their work. I was amazed considering what a mess it is to remove windows that our home was so clean when they were done. It’s so nice having windows that actually open!

Elegant Windows just finished a 9 window/​1 sliding door project at my residence. I cannot explain in words how satisfied and happy I am with the service and professionalism shown by Elegant. Great experience with Elegant Window. The new windows have made such a difference in the temperature of the house and have greatly reduced noise from the outside. Installation took less than 8 hours for 19 windows. Very happy with the work.

It’s been a little over a week since we got our new windows installed and I don’t have any regret having them done. Edvin with Elegant Windows delivered and installed exactly as how we discussed it when I placed the order. There were no issues and his team that did the installation was great. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m also the third person from my family that’s ordered from them and have referred other friends as well. We’ve all been very satisfied with the product and service.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. I had called several places getting quotes for installation, and they had taken their time to answer every question I had. The day came for installation and they were on time and very professional. Made sure to be careful and most of all did the job as they explained to me on the phone. I am super happy with this company and have recommended them to my family and friends, which a few have used, also very happy with their windows. I would highly recommend these men to anyone. And my windows look beautiful!

I called Arthur went to his office and got a great price, so I also added my brothers windows too, fast and great service, I recommand them. The windows took 8 weeks to come, but I was aware of that becouse they were a special color to match HOA guidelines.

Great service, great products, great prices.
I needed to change 4 windows and a sliding patio door for the second floor of my house.
Had seen their ad in the paper so I called them and also did some shopping around, but after visiting their store, the salesman was so informative and helpful in telling me about the various options, advantages and disadvantages, that I decided to go with them.
They came over and measured everything, put in the order and like they said, the sliding door and windows would be ready in two weeks.
They delivered everything and installed it in one day.
What a difference the windows and the patio door have made. not only the bedrooms are now quiet, but the heat/​coor air doesn’t scape from the cracks any more.
I would highly recommend them.

Two major reasons why we had a poor experience:
1. We were quoted 1 full day of work to replace 4 windows and 1 patio door. 1 day turned into a day and a half when all they could finish that first day was the windows. They had to come back the next morning to install the patio door. For the inconvenience of having to reschedule our life around an install that took longer than estimated, we were given a 3% discount by the vendor.
2. The greatest frustration with this job was the lack of respect for our home by the installation crew. The 2-​man crew was asked to wear shoe covers inside the house, a request they scoffed at. When they finally complied with our request, they then proceeded to walk in and out of our house (and climb on our roof) with the shoe covers on, defeating the whole purpose of the shoe covers. Throughout the day and a half that they were here, dirt and debris were tracked into our home, dirtying our hardwood floors and carpets. What was clean beige carpet at the beginning of the job ended up as dark, dingy, dirt-​stained black carpet at the end of the job. The 3% discount mentioned above was not enough to cover the professional cleaning service and the professional carpet cleaning needed following the installation.
The carelessness with our floors and carpet then lead us to question the work that the crew did. Were they just as careless with the installation of the windows and sliding glass door as they were with our carpet? One can only hope that they were not.
The disrespect was also evident in the installers general attitude. Several times, questions directed to the installers were met with curt, hostile responses.
We would NOT RECOMMEND using this company to install your windows.
