This is a great little apartment complex. It’s extremely well managed, the complex manager (Monica) has a great feel for who will be a good tenant (and who won’t) so it’s a very low drama building. She has been very quick to resolve any issues that have come up around parking/​plumbing/​etc. I came from a very expensive «luxury» complex on the west side and this building so much more effectively managed, it’s like night and day. The units are cute, but what really keeps me here is the intelligent building manager — before I came I never thought that I would use the words «intelligent,» «building» and «manager» in that order but this lady is really great at her job.
