Sold me a damaged spa. Tried to tell me that it was my fault after one month when the shell began to disintegrate. Went mediation through better business bureau. They lied in mediation. Still got most of my money back. These guys are crooks.

Had a problem with our spa. Contacted them and after a scheduling conflict, Andrew came to assist with our spa. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the spa we have. He was courteous and professional and diagnosed all issues. I highly recommend Andrew for service.

This was a positive experience. We met the delivery man in the parking lot and he was super friendly. Joe Miller was very helpful! He really knew the ins and outs of all the hot tubs and explained everything to us. Would recommend!
