So it seemed easy enough– I called before I came to here make sure they had the boxes I needed in stock, and then I went to the location. I open the door to the business and see a man at the front desk talking on his phone. The man sees me… acknowledges me… then proceeds to yak away on the phone for nearly 15 minutes in absolutely no rush whatsoever to get off his phone and assist me, while I just stood there 3 feet in front of him staring and waiting for him to help me. A great kicker is that whoever has the big office on the right(I’m guessing the owner) came out of the warehouse, saw me and asked if I’d been helped. I said«No.»(This was after I’d been waiting about 10 minutes). That’s when he sees the man on the phone and says, «Oh, well I’m sure he’ll be off the phone in just a minute.» Then he walks away, while I proceed to stand and wait. When the guy FINALLY gets off the phone he and asked what I needed– I told him exactly what boxes I needed and he said«well do you know how to use them?» Uhm– duh. That’s why I’m here. He asked me– no joke– like 3 more times if I knew how to use a box. What a joke. A terrible experience yielded a terrible review. Next time, how about getting the person’s phone number and calling them back! Or hey Mr. owner– help the person waiting!
