Customer service here is great! They have everything plus a little more, plus the prices are great! My boyfriend and I came in looking for a fun game and maybe some lotions or oils, and the girl who helped us pointed out some fun games and we ended up leaving with a candle that doubles as massage oil (which is GREAT by the way!) Store is super clean as well!

This store is amazing. They have everything you could need and want at so many price points. It was beautifully merchandised and a fun place to shop. The women who helped me was so nice and informative. She knew every in and out and negative and positive to everything in the store. Her name was Karissa. I enjoyed my visit and will continue to go back and shop at this location.
ALSO just a tip to other shoppers, I used to go to the Tacoma location, but this one was a middle ground. Not to far from seattle and less hassle parking, but not as far as tacoma.

Had a great experience at Castle Megastore last night. Initially, I was unable to turn off a vibrator so Christopher came to my aid and showed he is truly a pro when it comes to all that Castle has to offer in the way of sex toys. I was thoroughly impressed when he helped me select some lubricant– he even put samples of various types in my hand to feel and sometimes even *taste* the difference. Five stars for Christopher. I shall surely return in the future.

Had a terrible experience. The staff didn’t attempt to help me AT ALL. I was so confused on their set up and when I finally asked for help, the lady seemed so uninterested. What are they paying you for?! I will not be returning.

Tacoma, WA
Went here today with 4 of my friends. LOVE their customer service! Christopher and Robert are extremely knowledgeable and informative with all of their products they sell. Both are also more than willing to let you see a product out of the packaging and make sure you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase before it is made.
In my opinion Castle Megastore has the best selection over any of their competitors. Now that this store has opened here, my friends and I will never go anywhere else. :)
P. S. The Thai restaurant next door is great too.
