E Antonio Mangubat, M.D.

I first met with Dr. Mangubat eight years ago. I knew when my time was right he would be my surgeon.
I am a 55 year old FTM. I began my transition 23 years ago. Surgery by Dr. Mangubat was the icing on the cake. His entire staff was warm, wonderful and accommodating. Dr. Mangubat is an Artist, a true craftsman. He took my DD breasts and turned my chest into something magnificent.

This is primarily for the Ftm crowd… I just had top surgery with Dr. Mangubat on June 26 2014. My experience was fantastic! He is very nice as are his staff and very thoroughly explained everything, gave me his personal phone number to call if any issues at etc. They are very respectful, professional and friendly. My results are excellent so far, even rising above my expectations! I would highly recommend Dr. Mangubat for top surgery. He is an up-​and-​comer in the field of top surgery (having done only about 500 so far). He has taught classes or workshops at the UDub on gender issues as well as will be presenting at Gender Odyssey this August in Seattle where I will be there with him to show off his work on me during the presentation. hope to see you guys there!

First and foremost, this post is for the FTM fellas. I did a great deal of research for Top surgery before meeting with Dr. M. Our first meeting was very informative and he sat with us until all of our questions were answered. His staff were really friendly, used appropriate pronouns, (even though I’m not passing), and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. I was skeptical about his work that I had seen because his pictures were old. But he walked me through the process and explained what he had learned over the years. It was refreshing to know that a surgeon had kept up on the technology and adapted his process. That impressed me.
I’m post op, retained my grafts, have no dog ears and my scar lines are tiny, which was amazing because I was huge. I’ve seen other surgeons work and you won’t be able to convince me that Dr. M isn’t one of the best.
I’m not only a fan, but I’m going to advertise for him for free. He’s great guys. No need to go to Florida or CA. We have a high class surgeon right here in Seattle.

I had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Mangubat back in May of 2011. He did such a fantastic job that I went back and had a TON of liposuction done in May 2012. He is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and their surgery results.
