It has been a long time since I been here, but because of them, I was able to get a better paying job and build my work skills.
Mikron was a big employer for the local economy. but do to the physical requirements and long 12hrs, the turnover rate was high.
So General Employment would be the agency that would send temps there and if they worked out, Mikron would hire from General Employment.
Obviously, General Employment had other temp jobs, but most were looking for that temp to hire
Anywas, application process included the paperwork, background check, physical test, and a psycho evaluaton.
They paid weekly, which was awesome!
