Highline Physical Therapy

I’ve been coming to Highline for a few months now. Appointments are relatively easy and the schedule is always on time. The facility is very clean and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had to speak to the billing dept and had the same experience with them as well. The only downside is that parking can be tricky sometimes because people going to other businesses sometimes park there too but the PT office keeps an eye out for that. I look forward to this every week!
The facility is large and offers all kinds of therapies including women’s health.

Im so happy to write my first review EVER and it’s on Highline Physical Therapy! It is a truly caring place. I had almost a year of therapy after my neck surgery. My functionality was down to nearly 10% due to long pre-​op period. I had tons of questions and everybody was so patient to adress all those concerns sincerely. The therapies, teachings & homework tailored to you were very impressive. Chris was my main therapist who is the upmost professional with vast knowledge, sharp eyes & ears. She did a great job adjusting the intensity level of my therapy and also communicated with my Doctor & other therapists on my progress and needs efficiently. Plenty of personal space while working out & large parking lot were also appreciated.

I go here for therapeutic massage, friendly staff, I see Gabriella.
The office is small with a good amount of chairs in the waiting room, when you walk in more theres physical therapy items and little weights and such with stretching machines and all. Separate rooms and offices for each therapist. I believe they have, mental, speech and physical therapy services here.
I pull my back a lot due to the fact I’m not in shape and I work in a restaurant, I’m a mom and a student, so I am busy busy busy! With all the heavy carrying, I hurt myself quite a lot!
Anyway, I have had quite a few massages here and I find it really helps, although I dont come often or regularly enough I notice differences in my body, in that its more rejuvenated, my back pain is loosened. And I like that Gabriella really encourages me to take a better step in taking care of my health. Very positive environment and I very informative.
I have learned a lot about my body and how to take better care of it. They get booked pretty fast so its good to schedule your next appointment before you leave the office!
