It’s been years since I’ve been to Jack In The Box! I never stray from my usual Breakfast Jack and Small Curly Fries. My favorites!
This location looks rather run down from the outside, but is decent inside. Lots of booths and tables, well lit, and clean for the most part. They have one of those newer drink machines that you can create whatever flavors of sodas you want. Well stocked on everything condiment wise (straws, lids, ketchup, etc…) except no napkins. We had to ask for those then finally discovered they were kept next to the cash register instead of by everything else.
Prices have increased so much. Last time I got a Breakfast Jack it was $ 1.09 — now it’s $ 1.99! It also is much smaller than I remember. The curly fries are okay, small portions and not very hot. Everything has gone up in price :(bummer! Used to be a good place for quick cheap food! Food is of decent quality though –definetly not nasty McDonalds tasting. A step or two up from that.
The food presentation is different now as well. Instead of your items being wrapped completely and just on a tray, they are in a half wrap of paper and served on a tray in a basket. I guess they upped the prices of food to pay for presentation purposes… I’d rather have it served the old way for the old price.
Staff is slow but friendly. Food took a few minutes longer than usual, but they don’t make it till you order it sooo makes sense.

I typically love Jack in the box, however I have had nothing but bad experiences here. They have always slow, have gotten my order wrong repeatedly, and frequently have to correct them. However tonight was a whole new level of lazy. My order was repeated back to me correctly, then silence. They then said my order back to me again, but this time it was wrong, and I had to clarify it for them. At this point they entered the correct order into the order screen. Keep in mind, the main dining room was closed, there was nobody in front or behind me either. I get my food, pay, and drive home to eat it, which takes all of 3 minutes. The fries are barely luke warm, but I deal with it. However, when I took a bite of my sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I realized she had decided to skip the sausage all together and replace it with a burger Patty. A bland, boring, barely warm purger Patty on a cold biscuit. This was it. Never going back to this particular location.

I understand the lunch rush is busy and we may have to wait a longer, but I don’t find it an excuse to miss half the order and to have the tacos put in upside down so they fall all over the bag.
Half my lunch was missing and the other half exploded in the bag thanks to them being put in upside down.
This was through the drive through.
2 stars because stuff happens but now I’m hungry and back at work

the tacos are the best for only 1 $ your get two and its a good quality service
they also give discounts for elderly
and i love the happy ambiance
inside its a wonderful place its like a restourant fastfood
its classy inside

Went through the drive thru while running errands and with no one in front of me or behind me, I waited 10 minutes for my order. The junior bacon cheeseburger was covered on half of the outside of the bun in mayo and ketchup, gross. I had to wipe off the huge glob that had been put on it.
While I was waiting, I heard the manager yelling at her staff in another language. Unpleasant for me and unpleasant for them.
I’ll be avoiding this location.

Usually I’m pretty content with the service here. Today was horrible. Extremely slow, Doug was not really good. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl, didn’t receive a spoon or fork. My rice was like porridge. My boyfriend’s fries were cold. Just extremely disappointed today.

3.5, Customer service is good. I sometimes stop in during the lunch rush. They are fast for as busy as they are.
What gets me is that I got my order and there were no napkins in the bag. UGH. I am in my car, come on.

Just a regular Jack in the Box, this location makes the food better than the one on Pac highway, and they’re faster here too! And the fries and curly fries were actually fresh each time I have come here. Thats all I got to say =) not much to say about these fast food joints!

Stopped in for a couple of tacos while working in the area. Quick, cheap, and satisfying.

Even though the JITB on Interurban is closer to me, this location is way better!
Yes, the drive-​thru is like any other ordinary JITB, but for one, this location has better customer service. My boyfriend and I ordered a Sourdough Jack meal with regular fries and upgraded to a large with a chocolate shake instead. We also ordered some chili cheese fries and jalapeño poppers. Ever since our horrid experience with the JITB on Interurban, we have accustomed to checking our order as a ritual. Luckily we checked! They had given us curly fries instead of regular fries. Can’t complain because we weren’t charged for them but I was massively craving regular fries. The servers apologized for their mistake and gave us our regular fries.

I recently started a job in Tukwilla working nights, so one of the only outlets to eat is this JITB. Which is pretty sad, because it’s probably the worst JITB I’ve ever been to. If you’ve been to JITB you know it’s your standard fare fast food, but this place is just so horrible. The cheese is never cooked so imagine ordering a Sirloin burger and having an unmelted patty on it. Even worse a Sourdough Jack with an unmelted slice of cheese on it. EVEN WORSE try ordering a grilled cheese sandwhich… What I received was 2 cold pieces of toast with a slice of american cheese in the middle of them. I hate this place and I don’t have much of a choice other than to go here or bring my own food, which I’ve decided is a much better idea in the long run.
