They have cleaned my carpets once a year for man years. I have always been pleased with the results. It is a small company and the owner does the carpet cleaning. They now have online ordering makes scheduling carpet cleaning easy.

After many years of being a loyal customer to JC, not anymore. Is this under new ownership or management? Upon arriving 30 minutes late, Jacob — the one tech they sent for a 2,000 sq ft. home — said that he would move NO furniture. Beds, sofas, large pieces I understand, but lightweight objects like a side chair? Some nonsense about how it was only him and the gas would be wasting… I was then told that stairs would be additional, when that was not communicated to me ahead of time. Jacob then excused himself and returned saying that he spoke with his boss and that in fact he would not move any items. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said that I couldn’t do that until the office opened at 10. He left. I called the office and left a message and no reply all day. This, after having made special arrangements to be off work for the morning, and spending time to make sure all was clear for the carpet cleaning in the house — the usual prep. Sorry JC. No more business from me. And I’ll be sure to not recommend you to others in the future.
