Lego Store

I don’t know if I would normally think to write a review for a place like this but the level of amazing customer service and the cleanliness of the place is amazing.
I have a little duplo lover and needed a gift for a bigger kid– goodness me I can’t wait until little one is big enough for normal legos. I love legos!

This store feels smaller than the Bellevue site and although all the Lego stores I’ve been in great. This location exceeds in their customer service. There seems to be plenty of staff, greeting, helping, and never pushy. The check out wait times were shorter, even on a really busy day (third to last weekend before the Christmas holiday). I remember at another location there was a wait time of 15mins to checkout. They make kids feel special on their birthday by providing them personalized sign bday cards, recognition of their birthday, and a small Lego gift. Will go to this location over Bellevue.

I am all for great customer service, professionalism, and friendly/​helpful employees. This store tops it all! I went in to return a couple of items since my children changed their minds. I also had a free gift with purchase (if you purchase 3 or more items). The lady that helped with my return was very friendly and helped me with my transaction. She didn’t promote any sales tactic on me and told me that the manager said I could keep the free gift despite I only kept one item on the receipt. I asked her, «Are you sure?» She replied, «Yes, that will make your kids happy!.»
How awesome is that? You definitely won me over and my kids day. I’ll definitely be back. :)

This store is great for kids who are into Legos (obviously). They have themed sets, sets for boys, sets for girls, free building sets, and pretty much anything else a kid (or adult, I guess) needs for their Lego dreams.
Only thing I hate about this place is prices (it’s PLASTIC, why is it $ 70?!) and the hideous, headache-​inducing yellow interior.

LOVE this Lego store. In general, all of the Lego stores are great, but the employees at this store really go above and beyond. Plus, the store often has harder to find sets that you can’t get in other stores. We went in on my son’s birthday, and ALL of the employees wrote a message to him in a card and gave it to him with a little gift… it was so sweet, and made him feel so special! The store is very clean, and they keep the building areas for kids clean and stocked.
Great tip — if you are looking for certain minifig (s) to complete your collection, ask for Alex, one of the employees. He is a master of telling which figures are which from feeling the packages. It was really impressive! He went through about 30 packages to find the one my son needed :)

Great place! Wish it was a tad larger. Set up was great. Great displays. Option to see completed product with a cool video screen feature. Wall of singles. Cheaper or low cost if you are looking for a cheaper gift, mid range cost items and extreme sets for the spender. Lego club, VIP points system and a ton to choose from. Why not 5 stars? No where to «a sit and wait» while the kids look around!
