Quality has dropped off tremendously. You have to work to find something worthy of the high prices. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars here on clothes that fall apart quickly. jean quality seems to come in waves. One year the quality and comfort is there and next it is not even close. They make the jean sizes and cuts so confusing. Im starting to think its part of a marketing scheme. They stratigically use high quality materials only part of the time. a guy has to buy 10 pairs to get 3 pairs that are good. Its difficult to tell what you have sometimes in tell you wash ans wear them a few times. This mixed quality of waves of good and cheap seems to also be the case with many other brand names. Companies can take the greatest pair of shoes, boots, shirt or jeans… and use the name or style of that item and replace it with inferior quality at the same price. Thust ripping people off. Ive been ripped off at this store 2 out of 4 times ive shopped. 1k spent, only half the clothes were quality enough to sustain wearing. So they stole 500 hundred dollars out of my pocket. All this shit just falls apart when you wash it and their jeans are so vastly different in cuts that you would have to buy 50 pairs before you get one that matches the quality they once had. Go fuck yourself lucky.

I thought I would treat myself to a nice pair of jeans for once so I thought I would try lucky brand, because I was always in the mall. I went in here and there was a sale going on, and there was one salesperson who was very helpful in helping me find a pair of jeans I would like. I spent about twenty minutes trying on pairs of jeans. However, she was coaching another salesclerk, an older woman with long grey hair and glasses, on customer service. I wasn’t allowed to look for my own jeans. Instead of letting me look they asked me y size and then went to go pick things out for me. This was irritating because if I’m shopping for something in a store and not online, it’s because I want to touch it and look through it, not have it handed to me. So I tried on a ton of jeans I hated, and found a total of one pair that didn’t make me look like a grandmother. Which was okay. But I didn’t love them, and at that price I had to love them. Then the first aforementioned sales clerk kept handing me different styles of jeans, and when I said I didn’t like them, she said it didn’t matter if I liked them, only that they fit. I didn’t want to waste my time so I grabbed something I liked for real and pretended to try the jeans on. I came out with all the clothes and said I wanted only the shorts(the item I picked out myself). The pushy older saleswoman then told me I HAD to buy the jeans because I spent such a long time trying them on. I was so unhappy with her that I nearly left without buying anything. Three stars for trying at customer service, and having some products that I actually liked. But if I ever see that woman in the store again I will be walking in the opposite direction.

i have been buying lucky brand for years(online), but have never been to one of their stores. I bought some nice long sleeve shirts for about $ 60 each and some short sleeve shirts for $ 40. The sales lady(Melanie) was very helpful and was able to show me many different options baised on my preferences. Love the shirts i got and will go back when i need some more jeans.

So, I have a couple pair of Lucky’s that I’ve gotten at Nordstrom Rack or where have you but I recently went to the Southcenter store and I’m officially a fan. The jeans are nice, form fitting, what I was looking for but the customer service did it for me. The gal knew her stuff. She helped me find different sizes, gave her opinion, showed me exactly what I was looking for and gave me tips on how to preserve the color in my jean. It was great. I was impressed on how knowledgable she was. Two thumbs on service, haven’t worn the jeans yet but they were worth the $ 189(two pair).
