Naturalizer Shoes

I wear a size 6. I love high heels and wedges, but many are very uncomfortable. Comfort for me is the Number One factor for buying shoes. Naturalizer has a fantastic selection of many different styles. I found a very comfortable pair of 4 inch strappy wedges. They are so comfortable I can walk long distances in them. They look fabulous!

The worst service I’ve ever gotten in any store in the US in my three years here.
I tried on 5 different shoes and then decided not to buy anything because I either didn’t like the color or the fit. When I returned the last two shoes that I tried the sales woman got annoyed at me and said «Thanks for wasting my time»!!! Such a grouch! That is no way to treat a customer. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the Naturalizer store at the Southcenter mall and don’t recommend it to others. I am so mad.

My wife bought her grandma a pair of those curved sole fitness shoes. They were only 20 bucks which is a pretty good deal considering these shoes are usually a little pricier. The worker who helped my wife and her grandma was likable and prompt in finding the right size. Overall a pleasant experience — fast, efficient, and easy.

The Mom is all about comfort and sometimes about style, so I am thrilled when she wants to go to a shoe store where I know she can get a good looking shoe for her tiny foot.
I love Naturalizers (as a teacher I spend more time on my feet than you think) and they take me through the day without any discomfort.
The saleswoman was very nice and made friendly conversation with us. She got the sizes we needed quickly and did a great job managing several customers at once and handling the phone! Not something you expect to get for ‘mall’ service.
She also said the company has her put out shoes she sometimes does not carry the inventory for and she was frustrated by this. She also said that some styles only come in certain sizes.
Sadly, we did not buy any shoes. But I have a feeling we will be back before the month’s end.
