Eh I don’t think I would come again, the dryers were so overpriced and so was the washers and they were so old and overused. Didn’t dry well at all. What would’ve cost me only $ 1 to dry in white center, cost me $ 2 to dry here and it was still damp and I had to bring the thicker clothing to hang dry at home. =(But what was interesting and cool about this store is that they have ice cream and goodies for sale. So its a nice place to chow down and do your laundry. The family that was running the place was also really friendly too.

Horrible! While on vacation in Seattle I stopped in to do what I thought would be a quick load of laundry but the dryers didnt dry well at all so it turned into a 3 hour saga. The bigger more modern dryers give you 5 minutes per quarter and dont dry at all… and the small dryers that look to be from about 1954 dry well but are $ 1.50 for like 30 minutes. Being a novice, I attempted to use the modern machines and ended up spending almost double what I would normally spend in a NY laundry. When I complained about the dryers, the lady said I needed to put at least 30 minutes in the machine or $ 1.50 a pop. Ain’t nobody got time or money for that! As I write this there is a man still trying to dry 1 pair of jeans. he has been here for over an hour and appears to be seething with rage. I am too but idk where else to go…

This is the best laundromat in tukwila. It is family owned and operated, much of the time I notice the two children are there helping the family. Sweet sweet asian lady! She is so nice… I used to love seeing her on the weekends when doing my laundry here. This place is not a rip off, its regular price. Just know how to do your laundry, people… The less you put in the dryers the quicker it will go so fill them a quarter of the way and use more dyers it will cost less in the long run.

This place is a dump and a ripoff. If you use their drop-off service she weighs the close before they are washed and dried(there by charging for any extra moisture weight). Apparently she’s never heard of weighing the clothes after they are laundered(like is standard anywhere else). I pity the fools who don’t know better.

For what it is and the neighborhood it’s in, it’s ok I guess. I do have to knock a star off for requiring me to pay for two dry cycles and costing a bit more than expected per cycle. I came here because the hotel I was staying in tried to pass off the sketchiest«laundry room» I’ve ever seen and I wasn’t willing to leave a single item of clothing there unsupervised. So I googled nearby laundromats, and this is where I landed. This place smells pretty bad. I don’t know if someone is cooking some sort of ethnic food in the back illegally or what, but it was kind of impossible to ignore the stench. I was somewhat worried my clothes would come out smelling that way, but it wasn’t a problem since I drenched them in fabric softener. There are a lot of vagrant-looking folks and down-on-their luck locals who come here, which is to be expected. I don’t hold it against them; it’s the neighborhood, and it’s nowhere near the worst I’ve seen. There are also a few normal folks who I saw stop in, but when I was here it seemed to mostly be people of the sadder variety. The owner(s) did not really seem to watch the machines, tho I did see some dusty cameras mounted(I have no idea if they are actually functional). There *are* tons of signs everywhere letting you know if your shit is stolen, tough cookies. I am guessing shit gets stolen from time to time. It’s probably one of the less fabulous laundromats I’ve seen, but it’s functional. They have change machines, there are places to sit if you are too paranoid to go elsewhere for an hour, there are nearby shopping spots, etc. If you are staying nearby at an apartment or hotel that isn’t offering you better, perhaps it’s worth a try.
