My wife and I contacted Dana with Rainier Industries regarding their yurts late last year and scheduled time to take a tour at the end of January. Dana seemed more concerned with the Seahawks game than she did with giving us a proper tour. When we tried to follow up with her after the tour she stopped returning our emails. Terrible customer service from her end. Maybe she didnt like the fact that I kept facetiously calling the Seahawks the Seabiscuits. Either way, stay away from Rainier Yurts. Smiling Woods Yurts is an awesome company that follows through and keeps an open line of communication open. They specialize in wood panel yurts and are roughly the same price.

Rainier Industries produces high-​quality awnings and screens for homes and businesses. My family’s experience with them today was nothing short of excellent! We have worked with them in the past to create an awning for our small deck, so we knew the level of care and craftsmanship that every Rainier piece comes with. Brad and the administrative staff took very good care of us from the moment we walked in the door. I enjoyed seeing the impressive manufacturing facilities, which are visible from several of the offices on the top floor. Further, all of our questions were answered in a very professional and well-​informed manner! We would recommend Rainier to our friends and relatives in a heartbeat.
