I took my 14 year old son there and the therapist told him outright in front of me that doing drugs was okay in moderation, which totally freaked me out. To try to find a way to undo this damage, my wife and I had a meeting with this therapist and his supervisor, but the supervisor did all the talking. When we tried to reschedule with the therapist so he could undo the damage he caused, he was reluctant and barely communicated with me on the phone — there were very long pauses between what I would say and his replies which were brief and basically one word. Not a good experience, we canceled the rescheduled appointment. They also said the would not charge us for the phone calls and the meeting with the therapist and supervisor, but they billed our insurance and sent us a co-​pay bill for both. Hope you have better luck and/​or get a different therapist.

16 days later i STILL don’t have my medication & the front desk told me: well call the crisis line, then hung up… yeah its NOT a crisis but i did what i was told & then called my therapist said yeah the front desk is full of morons, im not freaking out, but this is totally b.s.
all i ever hear is excuses from people: well the reason she is late is because there is/​might be a crisis, or we will never know why, or this or that… well all i ever see her doing is typing or wandering around in the building, screwing around.
SHE JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS! simple as that.
