I’ve been working with them since I was a brace face freshman in high school. I’m «one of those» patients that always lose their retainers and are to embarrassed to call and get new ones, so what do ya know. I’m back!
Dr. Hou and his wife Dr. Frederick are awesome to work with. They’re incredibly friendly, easy going and fun. They always give you different options that are available for your needs and never pressure you into getting the one that puts the most money in their pockets. They truly care about what their patients want/​need. They make sure you walk away happy with your treatment.
So after having braces and not wearing my retainers, there were slight movements I wanted to change. Dr. Frederick gave me the option of Invisalign 5 which is like regular Invisalign, but faster for little changes. I know I know it sounds pricey, which was what I was thinking but it was surprising affordable! They offer payments as well.
But! As oppose to the Invisalign, she told me I can also just get new retainers and she could absolutely try her best to move my teeth with the retainers and showed me how that would be possible. I appreciate her trying to give me a more economical option but I chose the Invisalign instead anyways because I have a thing for super perfect teeth.
The techs/​assistants that I’ve been working with have been super cool! They’re all so nice and easy to talk to and it never seem like they hate their job. They’re all very gentle too.
The front desk is also fabulous. Every time I step in, Niki greets me with a warm welcome and I barely ever have to wait.

Braces for everyone! At least everyone in my family simply because the staff at Sound Orthodontics are professionals and they do great work. I look forward to all the warm greetings and seeing all the smiling faces.

Over and beyond staff that make you feel like you are part of the family. Easily accessible orthodontists (and staff) who have great attitudes and whom you can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. Waiting room is comfy and they have Wifi too! I would highly recommend.

You ladies are amazing!!! They treat you like «family» and not just another patient. If you have any problems or questions, they help you immediately. They really care about you. I have, and will continue, to recommend this place!
