If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is hands down the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I have long hair… Below my mid back. The lady who worked here(older blonde lady) cut my shortest layer right above my ears! It’s terrible! It looks like I throw on a short hair wig over my long hair everyday. I have to put my hair back everyday because it’s so terrible. Please DONOTGOHERE!!!

Went in tonight. The heavy set, blonde girl was horrible to me. Thank God I left without letting her cut my hair. She ripped through it with a comb and was just all around a gruff, bossy, mean person. She shouldn’t even work with the public. I can only imagine how she cuts hair. Don’t go here. All tbe people that work at the Renton Highlands Supercuts are nice. I just happened to be in this area. I left feeling just awful.

I was worried about going to a Supercuts to begin with but it turned out much worse than I had ever imagined. I didn’t get her name, but the heavyset blonde girl who cut my hair on a Friday late afternoon provided me with the worst hack job that I have ever experienced in my 49 years. She was not focused on what she was doing and was looking away most of the time she was cutting, but she was very quick at delivering the damage. It only took a few minutes to see how butchered it was getting and then she asked if it was good and gave me a mirror as if it was finished. I asked her to check if one of the many uneven areas could be cut to be more even. After she failed to improve what I pointed out, I just told her it was good the way it was. I just wanted to stop the damage, cut my losses and get the hell out of there. I wasn’t quick enough though to avoid her blotting my head and wiping my forehead and neck with a filthy hot black towel that looked like something you would find behind a dumpster in an alley on the bad side of town. No joke, I am typically very laid back and not that critical of things, but this was unbelievable. I can only speak to this particular employee, but BEWARE! I would rate it zero stars if the site would allow it, but one is tje minimum.

Worst hair cut experience of my entire life. Not only did my hair stylist seem very confused about everything I said to her, she proceeded to drench me in water after losing control of the faucet during my shampoo. If that wasn’t pleasant enough, she called a blow dry a «blow out» & and burned my scalp so badly it still hurts 3 days later with the hair dryer. And continued to charge me 95 $ after all this. Any other stylist would have been humiliated. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Just went there today! And i have to say i had the worst experience ever! Seems that the hairstylist doesn’t have a good technique and training. She completely disregarded my request. Oh well, there’s always a first time for everything.

I went in to receive a trim. Got my hair chopped off unevenly. I don’t remember her name, but it was an older asian lady. Nice, but bad stylist. NEVER coming back. I miss my old stylist in Vegas.

DON’T GETYOURHAIRCOLOREDHERE — I went to Lou a couple weeks ago and had him color my hair — what a disaster, I went a shade lighter than my natural color and told him up front that I did not want red tint to my hair Well my hair roots were orange and the rest of my hair had a reddish orange tinge to it. When I saw it in the mirror and said something to him concerning the color he argued with me that it was the color I wanted for 10 minutes. «Really» orange. I got even more upset and asked how much I owed him and paid my 45.00 because I didn’t want them to call the police and say I refused to pay. I will continue to write reviews to worn Clients how bad this place is.

This place is a joke. I took my 13 year old daughter to the salon yesterday to have them wash, blow dry, and straight iron her hair out. My daughter has long curly hair and no cutting needed to be done. I asked the lady at the front desk if she could do this and she replied yes. So she took my daughter to the bowl to wash her hair. She takes my daughter back to her station and puts product in her hair. Then she tells my daughter it will be $ 1 a minute for her flat ironing. Of course I hear this and tell her absolutely not and asked her why she didn’t say something when we first walked in. So my daughter ended up with a wash and blow dry and the blow drying wasn’t even done right. I ended up taking my daughter home to fix her hair.

Can’t wait to get back to my regular hair stylist! Due to a heavy travel schedule, I could not get in to get a haircut with my normal stylist. So I find myself in Supercuts on a Saturday. How bad can it be? I don’t have to wait at all, that is good. I told the woman who cut my hair just trim it up a little. She checked with me as to how much to cut off. We agreed that she should cut off ½ inch. At the end, I got the shortest haircut that I have had in 20 years. If this is ½ inch off, then I have real problem with measurement. And it was a different cut that the one I came in with. It was like the sylist had one haircut she could do and that is what I got. The good news is that it will quickly grow out. It was frustrating to have the person who is cutting my hair spend most of the time trying to sell me product instead of focusing on the hair.

They ruined my haircut. They did a bad job at layoring the back of my head, leaving a thin, bald-looking line.

I went here last thursday to get a haircut after being a month late due for one. I think for a guy that doesn’t shave his head, it’s pretty nerve racking to find a decent hair stylist. Especially when each hair stylist’s definition of hair lengths vary all the time. Anyway the lady that came in to give me a haircut did a pretty good job, and she was straight to the point and didn’t bother wasting any time doing other things besides finishing my haircut. The only reason why I’m giving three and not four stars is the price. Although they did a good job, I’m sure I can find another place that’s cheaper.

Supercuts! I’m a fan of them for sure. I love going to Supercuts. Some people may argue that its a lot better to goto an actual stylist but I disagree. Maybe it is because the type of haircut that isn’t tooo crazy but it still takes some time and care. I’ve had a few different stylists cut my hair at this location and they have all done it the way that I have wanted it. Another good thing is that the employees there remembered who I was and was able to greet me by my name, which is a great thing. The cost for a standard haircut isn’t expensive. Nor are the additional things that you could have included with your haircut, for example a shampoo/condition & scalp massage. The wait time for people walking in is never that long when I arrive. Usually 5 – 10 minutes, which I don’t believe is that long, but some people can be impatient. Pro-tip for those impatient people you can call ahead of time and place an appointment if wanted, or even just place your name on the waiting list to begin«waiting» before you’re waiting. Over all this place is great and the stylist are awesome people and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

i forgot her name, but she was both pleasant and somewhat hasty during haircut and shampoo. Meh.

As far as supercuts go, I guess this place is alright. I usually go to a salon to get my haircut because I am an elitist snob, but I didn’t have time to schedule anything before this trip I am taking, so I took the plunge. It wasn’t so much a hair cut as some sort of hair harvest ritual. Took about 10 minutes, trimmed it to all hell and shoved me out the door. Next time I’ll just wait. Or do it myself.

Good and cheap cuts. There’s the usual revolving door of stylists — as you might expect of a hair chain — but one has stayed put and done my ‘do for a couple years now. Ask for Elena, she’s terrific. This place also doesn’t pressure you to buy products either. Update 5÷15÷07: Boo hoo! Elena has left the building. Good luck to her… and to me because now I need to find another stylist.

This particular Supercuts has very good Hair Stylists. There is one like a couple blocks from my Apartment, but I always take the extra trip just to go to this one. I always get a good feeling when I come here cause I know they wont give me a buzz cut when I dont want one. The waiting period is pretty minimal. I always call ahead of time just to put my name on the list for quicker service =D… For only a couple bucks more, you can get a Shampoo/Conditoner & Scalp Massage –Very Nice ^^ This Supercuts has Super Nice People!
