To start off, I was not expecting to get a massage when I went to the mall and I don’t regret having had one, but there were a few issues that I had with this specific booth since there is one on the second floor of the mall and this one was located near The Walking Company. It was nice that they were offering free 1 minute massages to entice customers, but until potential customers give permission, it is only courteous to not touch them, even to lead them towards your kiosk. It is also would be nice, before you provide a service, to tell the customer whether or not you accept credit cards or not. Having to be escorted to the ATM, which is not nearby at all, is both embarrassing for the customers and unprofessional for the employees. The fact of the matter is that when you want customers, you respect boundaries and are up front, and I felt that I was not treated to either for the stated reasons. I don’t think I’ll want to go back to this place after what happened.
