Worth the 5 Star rating! Zoltan has been amazing. Not only did he take care of the issues we had at the office, he has made himself available for any questions I may have had as well. If he is in your area of service, you need to give him a call.

Zoltan was fantastic! He really knows his stuff. He was able to fix our plumbing problems that Roto Rooter couldn’t. Zoltan explained what was going wrong and how he was going to fix it. It all made sense. He took care of the project perfectly and even installed a new sprayer for us. Zoltan is also the nicest guy, truly genuine. We definitely recommend him!

I had issue with my home’s outside faucet. I researched and found some good referrals about Zoltan Plumbing. I called him and he arrived earliwr than he estimated. Found out I my faucet hose bib was crack so he gave me a fair price but more importantly excellent workmanship and clean up. When you need a local trustworthy plumber call Zoltan! He was like a ninja, came in my house installed a water regulator valve and redid the existing plumbing around it super fast. Verry professional and speedy. And you can’t beat the 10 year warrantee he offers on his work.

After purchasing my new home, I found out that my «new plumbing» was all done incorrectly. What a devastating feeling for my first home purchase. No one wants to live in a house that smells like sewage. After calling several big plumbing companies and being told that they couldn’t do much within my budget, I called Zoltan.
Zoltan came to my home first thing in the morning, on time and with a smile on his face. It took him all of 1 minute to see that I needed some major work. He explained everything to me, the options I had, and how he would get the job done. For the first time, I felt like I had someone that knew what he was talking about and seemed to care about our situation and he WANTED to help us. (It’s bad when a plumber wears a mask in your house)
I decided to go with him. Zoltan re piped about 90% of my house and brought it up to code. He was hardworking, prompt, and honest. Anything I needed or didn’t need, he told me. Not only was he neat, he found a way to get the job done without touching any of my walls! That was what scared me. Probably a rare case, but he got it done!
I trusted him to work in my house alone and each day that I came home, you couldn’t even tell that he was there. He cleans up well after himself. I felt zero pressure about anything he recommended. He is only there to help your situation, not sell you stuff. He left the job complete and made sure that everything was good to go (and safe) for my family. And best of all, he guarantees his work because he never expects any problems after he is done.
As upset as I was, Zoltan made me love my home purchase again. His prices are very fair and I will be recommending him to anyone that asks.

Zoltan is an indy plumber, local to my area. I’ve lived here 30 years, and often seen his van around town. I found his contact info here on Unilocal.
Lately, I’ve been having some sewer issues. Contacted a few plumbers. Zoltan was fast and responsive to my request for a quote. He provided a reasonable estimate, showed up on time for the work, listened to my preferences as we uncovered the sewer and learned new things, finished when he said, and even came back the next day for a minor tweak, even though I had already fully paid him. On top of all that hard work, he’s a great character and full of life. I’m comfortable recommending him, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

We found Zoltan on Craigslist. He came the day I called to give us an estimate for new hot water heater and was back the next day to install. His price was considerably better than the other two plumbers we had contacted. He was helpful and pointed out other items in the furnace and hot water heater closet that we did not know were possible future problems.
I almost forgot to mention his price was the lowest and he gave us better quality replacement than the other quotes. He provided great service. We will call again if we need a plumber.
Also, unlike other plumbers he did not pressure or use dishonesty tactics to get us to pay for things we didn’t want. In contrast, Greenhouse plumbing had tried to tell us our old water heater was from 1985 even though it was built in 2006.

Zoltan was super honest, extremely quick, and a great price! We will only use him for all our plumbing needs in the future, and we highly recommend him.

Although Zoltan is a likeable plumber I found on Craigslist, several factors influenced me to write this review. So while I really wanted to root for this independent company, I could not do so for the reasons below.
1. He told me over the phone he’d charge $ 80 for the diagnostic, but instead charged $ 107 ($ 98+tax)
2. Since he wanted cash for the job, he pressured my husband to go to get a generic faucet head
3. Said the quote was discounted if we wrote a positive Unilocal review for him
4. Called Sears and got a slightly cheaper quote (although that, too, had undisclosed fees which added an almost extra $ 300)
5. Quoted for an expansion tank which is not required where we live (but is for a neighboring jurisdiction) — which added a part + labor
6. Couldn’t come back until five days later, and only if we notified him within a day
Nothwithstanding the above, our service call did have some positive aspects.
1. Arrived early instead of late
2. Licensed plumber according to state law (which a lot of Craiglist «plumbers» aren’t)
3. Accurately diagnosed the problem
4. Friendly, courteous, and clean
5. Brought a piece of carpeting with him so as to not damage our floor
6. Like many reputable businesses, he did take a check

What a great guy and a great plumber. He’s prompt and very professional. He took his time and was very careful with my old plumbing so as not to break anything.
Zoltan was very fair as far as the pricing of my job. I know for a fact that other plumbers would have charged 50% higher. I think that being an independent plumber lets him set the prices as he sees fit and gives him the freedom to take a little longer to ensure the job is done at the highest standard.
Plus, he’s a great guy to talk with about plumbing and life for an hour!
I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I found him on craigslist. He came on a Saturday and replaced pipes and installed a new dishwasher. Very professional and friendly. His pricing was the best we found and the work was great. We will be using him again for more projects. Highly recommended.

In my experience, Zoltan is truly as good as it gets for an independent plumber. He does excellent work and he’s fast. For my job he needed to open up the wall and I really appreciated the consideration he gave to ensuring that the hole (s) he made could be easily patched afterward. His prices are very fair, he’s clean and he’s honest. One of the things that I most appreciated was his communication. He always called me by name, he always called me back in a timely manner, at my request, he always sent me a text when he was on the way — and he was ALWAYS on time. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you have — small or large.
