I would definitely not choose to go to this particular Hugo Boss. The selection is alright but the customer service portion of the establishment is particularly lacking. For a middle-end store, I would expect some sort of helpfulness but that was not granted to me.
This hasn’t happened in other Boss stores that I have visited so I would definitely avoid this one

Normally when a store relocates, it’s better and bigger, but honestly, don’t see a change from its previous one, other than now, it’s in a more visible location, on the edge facing the parking lot and I5. so guess that’s an improvement.
pretty well same layout, casual stuff in front, the dress in the back, along the walls.
Was checking out the cologne section on the right.

Definitely not for me. These are not ‘suits’.
When I see stuff like this being sold:
Poor fabric quality, poor tailoring, a dated suit cut = no thank you. This is an «old man suit». May as well give me a walking cane.
The shirts and other clothing were not much of an improvement. No thank you, I’ll pay the premium at Nordstom for a better tailored jacket.

Excellent selection of suits, and I was able to find a really good price on a suit that caught my eye. I found a few other items (mainly shoes) that I would’ve been interested in buying, but I have large feet, and they didn’t have my size. Suit fit very well, and after my tailor gets done with it, I expect it will fit as perfectly as my other Hugo suits do. Staff was very friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I’ll be sure to stop by next time I’m in the area to see what new items they’ve gotten in.
