Got really bad vibes here. I placed my order for the chicken teriyaki, and I received my order within a minute. ONEMINUTE! It was very strange since there were two customers ahead of me. The chef that handed me my order was very rude as well. He just handed me my food, and mumbled something at me. Also, the food is very bland, dry, and unappealing to look at. The chicken looked gray, the veggies were limp, and the noodles were lifeless. Such a waste of money for crappy food. I recommend you try some place else for good customer service, and good quality food.

For a food court place, the Little Tokyo is surprisingly delicious. Not your typical teriyaki, but tastes pretty good. Some people may complain it’s not authentic Japanese food and the staff speaks Chinese. But most teriyaki places here are not authentic Japanese food anyway. Besides, what do we expect from food court dishes? Large portion with cheap price. And if the taste is good, it’s a big plus! And Little Tokyo definitely lives up to this standard. First of all the portion is pretty good. Lots of meat, lots of rice. So big that none of us finished our meal. The quality is decent too. Beef is thinly sliced then stir fried. Very soft and tender. Same as the chicken teriyaki. The cooking style is not typical teriyaki, I got to say. It’s more like stir fry honestly. But hi, it tastes good. But the best one is shrimp teriyaki. The shrimps were surprisingly fresh and big, and in large portions. For food court dish, it tasted really delicious and totally worth the buck. The only complain is about the vegetables. Quite tough and hard, like they were in a rush and didn’t stir fry it long enough.

So excited to have a new food option at the outlet mall. Decided to try it out and it is basically just like the other chinese place they have here. I got the teriyaki chicken. It came with fried rice or noodles and veggies. There was so much water at the bottom of the to go package where my veggies were. The chicken is not your normal sliced chicken with thick teriyaki sauce over it. It is cut up into fine little pieces and then this watery sauce was poured over it while cooking the chicken… not what i was expecting for teriyaki chicken. I was hoping it would taste better than it look but it wasnt. The chicken was sooooo bland and fatty and it didnt even taste like teriyaki. So, i guess the mall now has two awful chinese food places to choose from. When i want teriyaki i will just drive down the street and go to Jackpot Teriyaki like we always have in the past.
