I recently moved to Seattle from New York and had two pieces of luggage for repair (one garment bag and one 24″ upright spinner). The person handling my repair intake was very fast and professional (Rhiannon). They’re being sent to an authorized repair shop in Portland and will be shipped directly back to me after repair. I plan to update this review once I receive them

Pretty affordable luggage, ain’t no Tumi by any stretch but a diff market, thus the difference in price.
Did buy a real handy backpack, w/​enough compartments for office use. Reg priced $ 140 for just $ 69, with an additional 20% off if you get the coupon book. Just too bad they don’t offer mirrors here, as one gotta check out how one looks when pulling that carry on, right? ;)
Good service though for a Sat. nite, just one staff late at night, glad it wasn’t bombarded.
Also a small corner section for other travel accessories, like those handy passport holders that also have other pockets to keep track of boarding passes, immigration declaration forms which I seem to lose all the time.
