Hope you don’t ever get wrongfully charged. The company that committed the wrongful charge admitted it and gave a full refund, but now Bank of the Sierra won’t refund the overdraft charge and to add insult to injury, they are charging another charge for 10 days of being overdrafted, all of this for an account that doesn’t have overdraft on it. Now, they won’t even think about investigating the charges until the fees are paid, which were wrong in the first place, they wouldn’t give the extension of the manager I needed to talk to at the proper branch and refused to give an extension or number to the overdraft department. The manager at the Tulare branch was condescending and flippant and then informed us that if we had not gotten a refund, then they would have investigated it for us. What sense does that make? I thought the whole reason to bank at small local bank, was to get good customer service and not fight the corporate monster, when things go wrong, now I realize putting up with the lack of services, when compared to big banks was a complete waste of time.
