Larry and his team are top notch! I had a tire blow out late in the afternoon and he kept the store open to get me back on the road! I would highly recommend!!! Very clean facility, and the employees were super friendly. Thanks again!

Getting my Oil changed, Big Brand Tire in Tulare, CA, put the incorrect weight of oil in my Truck, and the reminder sticker had the wrong milage. If my father Tom E. Shaw wouldn’t had checked the oil when he was putting in my new brakes, i would have gone almost 7000 miles without an oil change. Thanks Dad!
I am lucky their isn’t anything wrong with my truck and Big Brand Tires is going to put the correct weight oil in my 1999 Ford Ranger for free of change. Everyone please double check your service station when getting an Oil change

Went in for a wheel alignment. They did a free check. They were very honest with the recommendation. Would have liked to see more enthusiasm out of the guy when he was talking though.

These guys are awesome! Polite, kind, honest! I won’t go anywhere else… they helped me a lot of times when I needed my car fixed… they speak the truth and don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need! Larry and Ryan rock!!! Thanks guys

This place is a life savior! We are on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle and blew a tire on the freeway. Even though we got Big Brand tire company five minutes before they closed, they replaced all four tires. Larry, the owner, was so nice and helpful. We cannot say enough about how grateful we are for their prompt and courteous service.

High pressure. Went into get my tires rotated, rebalanced and have my oil changed. Salesman took a look at my tires and said even though they look good they are too old and they wouldn’t touch them. Went to another new tire dealer and they helped me just fine. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place is terrible. I called and spoke with a gentleman and got a price quote for tires. He assured me they would be just fine for my car and the «type of driving» I do. I drove out of my way 30 minutes to go there (with my kids) and when I got there and they looked at the tires I had reserved to have put on they basically told me they were crap and that I should not be putting them on a «car like mine». I said that’s great, then why did your employee tell me over the phone they would be just fine for my car? All they could say was «I’m sorry». So, their only other option was to put a tire OF A DIFFERENT SIZE on my car and charge me an extra $ 400. They said that’s all they could offer me because they didn’t have anything else in stock right now for my car. I said that’s the problem. If your employee had been honest with me over the phone when I called, then you could have had something better in stock right now… that actually was the right size tire and not $ 400 more than what I was originally quoted! What a joke. I took my keys back and left. Thanks for wasting my time.
