We stopped here on our way to Vegas for a quick bite to go and I’m so glad we did! I didn’t see birria offered as a meat choice for burritos but they easily accommodated us by making exactly what we wanted. The two ladies working there were very nice and they had our food ready in 5 minutes as promised. Our burritos were soooo good! The meat was soft and juicy. I’m so sad that I don’t live near by or else I would stop by here more often. Thank you Birrieria Apaztingan for a delicious meal!
