it really annoying when you walk in a store to look around and there is a worker after you the whole time. he was after us the whole time like if he was making sure we weren’t going to take something with was really uncomfortable. I buy alot of coach and I’m definetly going to keep shopping in Ontario instead of here.

Upon walking inside, I was surprised to see only one other patron besides my family inside the store. In all the other Coach Outlets we have frequented, there has been plenty of people browsing and shopping inside. It was a nice change from the chaotic stores.
There were 3 employees on the sales floor. 2 of them assisted the girls at different times. They were helpful and friendly.
70% off sections are my wife’s favorite areas of the shop. She was able to get a good deal on a purse for her Mom.
This Coach Outlet in Tulare is a fine place to patronize. Good staff & a clean plus organized store.

This outlet is really reasonable. They always have good sales, and good customer service. Every day is a new sale, so be sure to call or drop in. When I walked in, some of the purses were 70% off!

I have never purchased any Coach items but I was in the market for a wristlet and while I was visiting some friends, I decided to go shopping. The store had large amount of merchandise that I didn’t even browse through because I was on a mission for a wristlet. The two employees that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very well organized.

Most Coach outlet stores are brimming to the rim with people, their merchandise and shelves in complete disarray, and the staff so frazzled with running around and helping different customer that it’s hard to get any attention. This store was clean and orderly, and although there was still a good crowd of people, the reps were able to help me with all my questions and even made a few suggestions. the best part is that the lines was super short — i was in and out in 15 minutes!

Very Bad service on manager. Manager was handing out 30 percent coupons and he was picking and choosing who to give them to. Very Bad Customer Service!!!
