I really try to enjoy this gym, but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. They over charge every month, getting resolution is impossible. The tanning bed has been broke almost a month. The mirror in the back class area has been missing for months. Their knock off version of cross fit is absurdly loud and takes up a ¼ of the real estate. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else.
I wish things got better over the months but they haven’t. Kids club restroom has been it of service for a month now, any given week at least half a dozen pieces of equipment are out of service for weeks. They signed of all the New Years resolutioners but don’t add any real estate or extra equipment. The friendly employees have all left and now the new ones are clueless without direction.

Only giving it a 2 cause of how cheap it is. Their classes take up half the gym, during the busy time. Over crowded, I signed up with unlimited guests, went to use it, and they said I didn’t have it. Looking for another gym, worst gym I have ever been a part of.

Worst place people really shaydy they give you the run around and still charge you when you try to cancel amd give you a number to vanessa at corporate and no one calls back very unprofessional…

This gym has nice new equipment but staff needs work on courtesy and touring new members. They were «too busy» to tour a girl that I just happened to be working out by me. I went to get a large exercise ball because the ones they offered weren’t large enough well sorry it’s only for people who pay $ 40 dollars more a month for personal training. This is sectioned off is not for you.

I love this gym so far! It’s clean, tons of equipment, and I love the massage and tanning! The staff has been awesome and I’m referring all of my friends!
