Leaving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. This happened at the Levis Store Today @ 2:15 Tulare, CA outlet location. To begin, I don’t know why scum like Eduardo are hired for a retail position at all! He should be fired. I went there to buy some pants for my bfs mom and this idiot had the nerve to treat me like crap. I had paid for my items and he asked me if I wanted a receipt or an online receipt. I told him I wanted the paper one because one never knows if the person you give clothing to will want to return or exchange. He then had the audacity to tell me, «you must not be so environmentally friendly because you want the paper receipt yet you’re wearing a leaf print sweater…» first of all what does my outfit have anything to fucking do with my lifestyle. I can wear whatever print I fucking please and it should not reflect on who I am as a person. Then after I paid he was taking off the tags and told me my total again and was asking for me to pay, AGAIN. I clearly showed him the receipt he bitched so much about giving me and then said«oh yeah, you already paid» and proceeded to take off the remaining security tags. Since he was taking his sweet ass time doing so he asked me, «are you going anywhere else after this?» Which I quickly answered I’m going home. He then asked, «oh where is that?» And I said Santa Ana. It’s obvious that this idiot has never left that shit hole town because he asked me «is that near mexico?» While giving me a sneer. I said no, it’s in Orange county. And he again said, «so practically mexico?» At that point I was done talking to this idiot so I just sarcastically smiled at him and took my bag. Don’t go here unless you expect to be treated less than for being a minority. I’m of Mexican descent but I was born here so I don’t appreciate people assuming shit about me ESPECIALLYIFIT’S A RETAILSTOREASSOCIATE, SOMEONEWHOISPAIDTOBEKINDTOCUSTOMERSNOT A FUCKINGTHORNONMYFUCKINGSIDE. Great friendly staff, great selection on jeans as well just don’t really feel the«outlet» discount on any of the prices really. But you will walk out with something lol

I always get the same style, same size jeans. Found a pair on the sale rack and made my purchase. The sizing was about 2 sizes below what the jeans showed they were. Went in to exchange or return the pair and was told there are no exchanges or returns allowed. Understandable, but PLEASE inform your customers of that policy upon purchase!!! Terrible customer service to not make that point crystal clear when a customer is making their purchase. Pointing out items like that used to be a fundamental rule when working in retail if you are restricting a sale to store specifics. Now I remember why I prefer Nordstrom’s so much at home.

The selection here is great and the prices are as well. I bought two pairs of jeans for $ 87.00. However there was a problem with the staff. I grabbed a pair of jeans that were in the wrong place where they were tagged at one price but I was charged another. I was charged double because someone misplaced the jeans and the staff didn’t catch the mistake. Now, having worked in retail I understand the hard work these people go through so I didn’t make a fuss or complain. Their job is hard enough without yet another jerk yelling at these underpaid employees. Customers will grab an item and misplace it, understood. With that being said, the store was empty and the staff were just lingering around the cash wrap. I believe they should have admitted that it was a mistake and marked the price down as one young lady in short hair suggested. This isn’t intended to get anyone in trouble, so I will not disclose names, but I hope management takes a little more time training the staff on honesty and integrity towards customers. Mistakes happen, but they must be corrected one case at a time. I won’t be returning here as I’ve experienced what many have already complained about before. Too bad.
