At first they were super then out of no where they were rude and un responsive. I was a great tenant they never had to come out for any repairs always paid my rent on time and when we moved out they turned rude and horrible to deal with. I have dealt with 3 management companies in Tulare and I would never recommend mid Valley to anyone! I have yet to see my security deposit back and I cannot get any answers from any of the staff. I wish I knew who their boss was!

I highly recommend mid Valley property management. They went over and above for us. We had a years lease and had to move 6 months earlier than thought. They worked hard for us to find a new tenant. In two weeks time it was done. We are getting back every penny of our deposit. I would use them again. Thanks guys!!!
