Pharmacy is very very very slow… always a long line and always an issue with prescriptions not being filled on time.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who believes in customer service. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions the same pharmacy techs are rude and in a hurry. It seems like they hate their job. I recommend quiting and finding something you truly like to do and not take it out on the customers that are actually paying for your wages. I will never go back.

Other locations are so convenient and I usually love the service. This one however is NOT like the rest. I tried to exchange a foundation that didn’t end up matching me. Wasn’t wanting cash since I had no receipt, I just needed one I could use. I’ve exchanged other things no problem at other rite aids. But the lady said they had to call a manager because they «never do that», then the manager came and took the makeup from me and very accusingly said they had to check if that was even sold there, then she came back and very LOUDLY said «Ma’am you did not even purchase this here.» And handed it back and then, before very rudely turning to walk away, told me to «keep the receipt next time so I can actually help you.» Is that ANY way to treat customers? Seriously regret not getting her name to call into corporate. I have never been treated like that before. I will now go out of my way to avoid this location. Hideous attitudes.
