They had some bomb sandwiches and I think it was my second time eating a Togo’s sandwich yeahhhhhhhhh I’ll be back for more!

Never even been in the restaurant but I called to see if I could get a delivery ordered at 7:10 on a Sunday night. The guy who answered stuttered an answer that since it was slow their boss told them to close early so they weren’t taking any more orders. It clearly states on their website that they close at 8:30. I’ve never been to Togos and I guess I never will now.

Why is there no option for negative stars? It’s been a while since I went here the last time the sandwich was dry next to no toppings and high priced this time it’s worse if that’s possible I won’t be going back there again period Im putting this place on blast every chance I get on Facebook someone from Togos said they would try and fix the problem they failed

It’s a really cute togos, it shares the space with a Baskin Robins 31 Flavors :) which I thought was really awesome. Grab a small sandwich and a scoop to go was perfect. Staff was really polite, I only give it 4 stars because the sandwich was a little sloppy.

So disappointed… came here for lunch, checked in & was offered a free 20 oz. drink with my purchase only to be denied my free offer by the owner, the guy w/​glasses! Why post a freebie with the check in if they’re not going to honor it!!! SUCH BS!!!

I am giving this a 2 star because of how good the food can be. However its the total lack of knowledge by the staff that is taking what could be a 4 star to a 1 – 2 star. I always get delivery down the street, even though this location isnt actually setup for delivery since they dont charge for it. But today they «were to busy to deliver», now I understand being busy and having a long wait. But to basically tell a customer that they cannot serve them??? Never heard of that before. There is 1 compatent person that I have dealt with and had a good experience. The rest either barely speak english, and have no knowledge of the food, or who/​if they even deliver. Last time I ordered I had to remind the kid that he needs to take my card info over the phone… I mean when you know the process for payment better than the staff… that a problem. This location is so far from Togo’s «best practices» its mind blowing.

This place has completely gone down hill. Walked into get my family some ice cream and sandwiches. It was so disgusting. Not just the cleanliness of the restaurant but they allowed a dog inside. Last time I checked they served food and that goes against any health code. I was disappointed.

The worst Togo’s I’ve been to yet. You’d think it wouldn’t be hard to duplicate a cookie-​cutter sandwich that is made exactly the same way at hundreds of locations, but alas, here they did.
I ordered a 9″ turkey avocado. The girl behind the counter had about as much personality as the bread she was cutting and didn’t even ask me what I wanted as far as toppings. She just through it all together in a goopy, hastily-​assembled mess. I could only eat half of it because of the imbalance in ingredients. It was mostly borderline stale bread.
My advice? Employee training on customer service and sandwich making, pronto.

This place is NEVER staffed as it should be — usually only one person on the sandwich side, one person on the ice cream side — NOT ENOUGH.
Expect to wait 15 – 20 minutes to be helped (as I have the last 3 or 4 times that I’ve been here)
One star, just because I like the Reese’s peanut butter cup ice cream (and because it’s convenient to get to from where I live).
