Terrible place. I stopped coming to this clinic in 2015. The staff was rude and I always had to wait a minimum of 90 minutes to be called back. Very poor staffing. I’m here today because I’m bringing my elderly mom in to be seen. Her appointment time was for 3:45 today. It’s now 5:30 pm and she is still in the waiting room. I asked how much longer it would be. The rude medical assistant said 20 or 30 minutes. Wow. Get a better scheduler and train your people on better, more professional customer service.
