Tulare Joint Union High School District

I called the Joint Union High School District office (on Blackstone) because I needed a copy of my official transcripts. The first day I had spoken with a woman named Janice. When I told her about what I needed, she stated she couldn’t find my information in the system. She emailed a document for me to sign and after I signed the record release form she was still unable to help me. I went into the office the next morning and asked to speak with her since she was the one already helping me. While I was waiting for her, I could see she was busy with someone else. I heard her ask if the lady waiting was Lydia (me), even though she could’ve just asked me because I was near her. She still didn’t acknowledge me just standing there instead of telling me «I’ll be right with you» or something like that would’ve been nice.
The reason why I give this review four stars is because it wasn’t until a lady named Sandy came over to me and started helping me. She was awesome! She also had a problem trying to find me in their system (she said it was a new system and I was probably in the old one). She went to their IT in the office for help and was able to find me in the system quickly and give me copies of my transcripts. She seemed to understand my situation and just took it upon herself to help. Thank you Sandy for going above and beyond in helping me!
