J and J Organic Berry Farm

J and J has the most delicious blueberries I have ever tried. We drove down from Nashville to pick here and it was just over an hour drive, and it’s a pleasant drive. The blueberries were literally falling off of the bushed into our buckets.
All the berries are organic. We were sad to miss the blackberries but will be back next year and come earlier to catch them. But, honestly the blueberries are so delicious I am not missing the blackberries much.
They have a few different kinds of blueberries, and they are all delicious. They supply the local Whole Foods but sell there you-​pick berries at less than a third the cost. They accept checks which is awesome, and sometimes sell peppers and tomatoes also grown organically on the site.
It’s a beautiful day outing to go picking berries. The owners are sweet and charming and will give you buckets you can tuck into your belt so that it’s easy to pick them. We’re so happy to have a freezer full of berries to last us awhile!
