Highly discourage anyone ordering online. Placed an order of 2 e-liquids with medium nic and a week later, I received 2 e-liquids with 0 nic. I called them about it and they promised to send double the order with the correct nic level. It’s been over a month now and received NOTHING! I’ve called them and all they said was they’ll look into it. Now they’re filtering my phone calls. Email is even worse. No responses at all. I posted a similar review on their Facebook page and it was immediately deleted. Let’s see you try to delete this one. Own up to your mistakes and fix it. DONOTSHOPHERE. EVVVERRRR! EDIT: notice how kevin here responds to the reviews with high ratings but refuses to address my issue. i like how you asked your loyal facebook fans to create a Unilocal account to write reviews. like i said, its been over a month since i received my incorrect order. i have proof. i even posted a picture of the proof of the incorrect order but you deleted it. if you really cared about your customers, you would stop ignoring my phone calls. i know your looking at caller id and you see me calling. if you were a legitimate business, you would have responded to the lowest rating(mine) and have said something along the lines of, «we’re sorry for the inconvenience. please give us a call so we could discuss the problem.» oh wait, you would just ignore my phone call though. lol. good game, kevin. have fun with my $ 28. you should spend it towards some customer service lessons. EDIT#2: they’re trying to pawn off their single bad review by changing their Unilocal business name to Mel’s Diner. but if you just click on the link, «4 other reviews that are not currently recommended», you will see his attempt to hire his facebook fans to write positive reviews. what a shame.
