This place is a night mare!!! I bought a car from them in 2009 with 56,000.00 miles for a Chrysler Sebring 2007 at $ 16,000.00 being a first time car purchase I was tricked into paying this amount and worse 500.00 $ payments for 3 years. They changed the amount a day later after calling me in to sign«more paperwork they forgot to finish» Numerous fees and charges went unexplained throughout the whole process even when paying on time and especially when payed in advance. After I lost my job I tried to make partial payments and they repo-ed my car. I promised I would pay if off once I got the job I already had an offer on and the lady hung up laughing at me. When I turned around one week later to pay the entire note off these people treated me terribly! I called to make the payoff and it was the same girl who had condescended me and made me feel terrible after losing my job. Now its 3 years later and after 4 batteries, I found out they had a tracker draining my batteries the entire time. I called the dealership and the first guy I spoke to said yeah we recycle those use them on the new cars but uh I’ll have to get you a manager to see if they will reimburse you for the battery and to get it removed. 2 days later I get a call and they refuse saying I bought the car as is and it was my responsibility. This place was by far the worst place to buy my first car and all I can take from it is that at least it was an educational experience.
