I’ve had 2 birthday parties for my kids at Bounce U. Overall it is great! The kids love it and ask to go back all the time. My only tip is DO NOT buy the photo package. It’s $ 14 for pictures my 3 year old could take.

I had my daughter’s birthday party at Bounce U today. It was fantastic!
Every employee was very helpful and friendly.
We had some teen boys who were are party pros today and they made sure the party ran smooth. They were really great young men and they did an excellent job. They took fun pictures of the party as well.
It was a nice change for me to only have to worry about bringing my kids, my daughter’s gift, and cake. They handled the rest! It was well worth saving up for this party.

Had a wonderful 3rd birthday party! The staff helping with our party were so great! They interacted with the kids, offered a helping hand when needed, and we’re always on top of details. They were very friendly and kind! Thank you Brianna and Crystal :)
Even the parents were able to enjoy and play!

Whoa — nelly! Toddler’s dream. We recently took our 18 m.o. to an open play day. She is on the verge of the suitable age. She could just barely make it to the top of the large slides (with assistance). But she loved it.
Staff (x2 in the room) seemed attentive to make sure everything was going smoothly. Just enough toddlers running. A few run ins with ouchies. But I think that is to be expected. For ~ 2 – 3 y.o.s and younger, parents need to take an active role (as yours truly did).
Recommended. Well worth the $ 8 per kid for open play!

We went to the preschool play date that was supposed to be 5 years and younger only. My daughter had fun on the bouncy houses and slide. There were two employees present at all times. My only complaint is that they didn’t enforce the age limit and there were two older kids that were too rough on the equipment. It made it dangerous for my daughter.

The circus they run out there during summer needs more people in their staff. They overbook the kids and only have two employees there to help. They need more people on staff or book less children per session!
