I lived at Brittany Square for a year. My roommate had lived there for three years. When we decided to live together, we looked at complexes nearby since she wanted to stay around that area. We decided it was the best option and the best price(they give teachers a discount!). We paid around $ 400 each. We loved our apartment, especially because it was the one over the model one, so nobody lived downstairs and we didn’t have to worry about making too much noise. The apartments have great use of space so they look pretty spacious for what they are. The location was great for us as well, it’s kind of hidden from the street. It was pretty safe, my roommate had her spare tire stolen once but besides that incident, we never experienced anything negative. Most of our neighbors were older and retired so it is very calm and peaceful. There was a change of ownership when we were there, so the people at the front office were different than the ones that helped us sign our lease. There were several instances when our rent amount was wrong due to rate changes and we had to correct it. Even though it wasn’t a significant amount, they didn’t offer to credit it to our future rent nor reimburse us. Most of the challenges were a result of the many changes in management and front-office staff. There must have been at least three changes in a matter of months. They were always very friendly but not always as helpful as they should be which was annoying at times. Overall though, a great, affordable place to live.

These apartments are tucked back in a fairly safe area of west Tulsa. They have an excellent maintenance team who are always there within the same day to fix any need. There are four things that this apartment complex needs to have/improve to be worth the price. The area that these apartments is at in Tulsa makes them over priced. Maybe this was a nice side of tulsa at one point but it’s pretty run down right now. 4 things that are needed for Britany Square to be up to par with the né w apt complex’s in Tulsa: 1) jacuzz 2) security gates that work properly on a daily basis 3) a game/family room around the pool area 4) large exercise room
