This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The people who work there are extremely rude and dishonest. I wanted to buy curtain rods and drapes and they told me they would call me that day to make an appointment to be measured. I paid the $ 90 to be measured and then I had to call them four days later as I never heard from them.
They finally sent someone out to take the measurements and said they would call me after, I never heard from them again. They had my $ 90 for two minutes of measuring which I could have done and they never called back.
I asked if I could pick up my measurements or get a refund and they didn’t even care to ask what was wrong, they told me I had paid the $ 90 and that was it. They are complete scammers.
Their products are overpriced, like $ 1000 for one curtain and their selection is minimal. They said it would take 2 ½ months to get curtains. They have no idea what they are doing either and are the most pretentious salespeople I’ve ever come across.
Once I started talking to friends, they all had the same exact experience… which is why I’m leaving my first review ever on Unilocal.I wasted $ 90 on a very expensive lesson.
