I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life here on Saturday. After ordering 2 drinks, my girlfriend and I sat at a table by the floor. Midway through a song, we left our full drinks to dance around the floor once. We had friends standing close by so we didn’t think anything of it. When we returned, the drinks were gone. When we asked the neighboring table what happened, they said an employee cleared them. We approached our bartender to let her know, and she got the attention of the manager, who promptly informed us that employees don’t clear full drinks. When I pressed the issue and said that the next table over told us that one did, he took on an offended and long suffering look and repeated himself. I stood in shock at his attitude. I understand that my neighbor could have been mistaken, but the manager acted as if I was calling him a liar. After a bit, he reluctantly said he would check the camera. Instead, he pulls his 3 doormen from their duties, brings them over and confronts us. They looked almost as embarrassed for us as we felt, as onlookers craned their necks to see what the problem was. The manager rather belligerently asks them if they cleared the drinks. They denied it, and they may have even been speaking the truth. However, at this point it didn’t matter. An easily resolved issue had turned into my girlfriend and myself confronted by 4 large men in black shirts in the middle of a crowded bar. I don’t really care who cleared the drinks, or whether the manager chose to buy us another round, which he did not. The reason for this poor review is the manner in which he chose to handle the situation. One of the doormen nicely told us that he would not have handled the situation in this manner and apologized for his manager’s behavior. He asked that this would not stop us from coming in the future. Probably.

I recently moved back to Oklahoma after being around the world for many years, and I have never ever experienced what I did at this place. I stop by to have a drink here and check out the music and see how I like it on a Friday night, single female arriving by myself. When they told me there was a four dollar cover charge, I said that it wasn’t worth it, knowing my situation of knowing no one there and that I could come another night of the week without a cover charge. I was planning to have a drink here and check it out, spend my money, maybe even have two. Instead, I decided not to pay for a place I didn’t even know if I would stay, and as I walked away, an older man wearing a cowboy hat yelled at me, «hey lady, don’t ever come back here again! Don’t ever set foot on this property again!» I was in total shock. Obviously, there wasn’t much to say, and he wasn’t going to listen anyway. It is the most unbelievable thing I have ever experienced in my life, and I will never ever set foot on this property, not because he said so, but there is no way I will spend my money at a place like this! Most places respect a woman, invite her in– places have Ladies nights!– not this guy! For only for four dollars and money off any drinks I may have had, he was willing to be like that to a customer, any customer! Why would I or anyone else want to put money in the pockets of a guy like that? It’s too bad, because it’s good to find places to dance and hang out, but I will find a better one. I have learned that in life, situations can be a win — win for everyone involved: in this case it is totally lose-lose. I can only imagine how terrible a man like that treats his wife and family! Very sad. I pray for the day that all of those types of cowboys wake up, and learn what it really is to be polite to another person, not greedy, whatever his problem was. I thought it was worth posting, so if you still want to go there you can know where your money will be going, and also what kind of treatment you might get if you say or do the«wrong» thing there. Take heed.

How are there only 5 reviews?! This place is what Oklahoma is all about. I remember wishing I could come here in high school and the actually coming here all through college when I would come home and visit. Now it’s my number one place I have to visit and bring friends when they come to Tulsa. Line dancing, people watching, cute cowboys, pool tables, cheap drinks

If you’re looking for a bar with the newest music and most beautiful and young people, this is not the place for you. Caravan has pretty limited hours, as it’s closed on several weekdays and only opening in the late evenings the rest of the time. The first room you enter has several bars, four pool tables, and the large dance floor. About thirty minutes after opening, they started teaching line dances. We learned the Boot Scootin’ Boogie and the Wobble. Overall, the drinks were fairly inexpensive. We bought several mixed drinks which were just right — not too strong, but you could still feel them. They have no beers on tap, but do have a selection of six point beers. Their credit card policy, like their typical patron, is a relic from another era. They’re a cash only establishment, but offer several ATMs which will happily charge you several dollars to allow you to use your hard-earned money. Cash-only bars are pretty much the most obnoxious thing in the world. It’s 2014. The big room is fun but unbelievably warm. If you want to feel disgusting about fifteen minutes into your night, this is the place to visit. The back area has bathrooms, a large bar, and small club. There is a stage with live western music, a dance floor, and two pool tables. We spent a lot of time back there and had a really good time. Finally, this is a bar that allows smoking. Usually this is annoying, but you really don’t notice it. I didn’t smell like an ashtray when I left, either. Overall, this is a fun place. If you’re from Tulsa, you have to visit here at least once. There’s enough to occupy you all night and it’s definitely a throwback, but the cash-only, smoking(albeit not that bad), and temperature take away from an otherwise great time.

I’ve never been to a country bar before but hey first time for everything. First things first no cover after 10pm, Dj and huge dance floor for all you 2 steppin folks(I aint mad at ya)!Now we went there because of the 2 Amanda’s and Lindsey friends I met at the«Full Moon Café» earlier in the night. IThis place has 3BARS and POOLTABLES! it was packed with all kinds of characters complete with some dude who sat down next to my man while I was hangin wth the«Amanda’s» and asked him for gas money… WTF? LOL!.. well the Caravan is definitely the spot for country music lovers and actually i’m now a borderline fan of the 2step and country music but only if the DJ is on point… Oh and I learned a dance that seems to be all the rage in country bars! Ladies n Gents Roni knows how to «WOBBLE». #Whoop

Came into town for a concert and had never been to tulsa, so I wanted to find a fun place to dance afterwards. I was suggested to go here by a lot of tulsans. Well I lovedddd this place. Great vibe, great music, and the line dancing was fun. They played some hip hop too, which is my forte! Would suggest this to anyone!
