Carpet One

wouldn’t recommend… not a good experience there…

My review is for the Tulsa Hills location however they are not listed on Unilocal yet. We did not get the sales price because the salesman didn’t even know about the sale then assured us that it was already considered in the quote he had prepared. He said our carpet was in stock and could be installed anytime. We made a date and we cleared out all the furniture and even removed all the carpet and pad so we could paint the day before they got there. They never showed up and blamed each other for not letting us know the carpet didn’t come in yet (He said it was in stock) they laid the carpet and the transition to the dining room tapered and revealed ½″ of concrete. They came out to comb down and glue down carpet fibers to hide the concrete which made the carpet hard and prickly (you couldn’t walk barefoot on it) They came out again and stretched the carpet to fix the transition and now we have giant wrinkles in our living room. We got the run around from these guys we got a bad install and the service guys apparently are the install rejects. I would not recommend Carpet One (any location) because all the install guys service each location. (is there a way to post pictures here? I would love to show the HORRIBLE install they did for us!)
