The parent company for Guardian. Don’t be fooled! They have awful reviews all over the internet. We started with A&H, who charged us hundreds of dollars for our system, then sold the business to Guardian without any warning or notice. Guardian has the worst reviews and we’re being treated horribly by their company. The customer service people are rude and ignorant. The supervisors, especially Eric have been dismissive, argumentative and completely lacking in any customer service etiquette.
Shame on A&H for their dishonest business practices! We were about to leave for another security company before we discovered we’re trapped with an even worse company.

I just purchased my first home had been looking for a good home security system. 2 of my neighbors have central security group which they highly recommended. I decided to call and ask more information. The sales representative was very friendly and not only took the time to explain everything about their system but explained all the options available for home security. At the time of installation I was also impressed with technician lee whom was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I am very happy with my service and all my features. I would also recommend this company.

Like Charles D. said, they get you with a renewal without notice which was never explained to me nor was it shown to me in the contract. I called to cancel my service and they told me that unless I send a written notice 30 days before the contract expires it will automatically renew without notice. So I’m stuck paying for a system that doesn’t even work correctly and goes off even when disarmed, and they want $ 100 to come out and fix it. Can’t believe they can actually do this to their customers without notice. Don’t even think about using these guys and their shady business practices.
Update: Got a call and received an email stating that they have closed my account with no outstanding balance on Dec 23^rd. They were polite and professional about the issue and agreed to terminate the contract.
