Had a great time with the grandkids. Pizza was not good but, I expected it to be substandard. That’s ok though. The kids had a great time and the atmosphere was fun. Very clean and safe. We googled for coupons and got one for $ 39.00 for a large one topping pizza and 4 drinks with 100 tokens. Great deal. If you don’t like crowds best time to enjoy is during the work week. We arrived around 5:30 and stayed until 7:30. Impressed with how clean the place was and also service was great.

Was told over the phone 3 times that we could bring in our own food since we wasn’t having a birthday party, I asked «are you sure we can bring it cause I don’t want to spend money and get told a different story when we get there no no its not a problem. get at the door «you can’t bring that in here we want to sell u our food» so we had to order there pizza $ 50 for 2 larges and 6 drinks had to wait 2 hours for the pizza, place was filthy more than half the games didn’t work, who ever is running the place is letting it go to hell! Have been coming here for years after today, will not be back!

Came here for many birthdays when I was a kid. Went there today and it looked like chaos. Some of the games weren’t as cool. Stage wasn’t very big at all and some of the animatronics were gone. Plus grandma was complaining about security. It’s still a neat place, but not as good as I remember…

My own person hell if you want to call it. I will say for being a place of chaos the staff had it under control. The manager came by our table greeted us and said have fun. Another worker came by and took plates and trash off the table. And lastly, someone came by with samples of new pizza they were about to start serving in the future. I would say that they are doing their best and I was pretty impressed. Nice Job Chuck!

For a good time with the kids… We love it. It’s pretty clean and the staff are friendly. We’ve had multiple bday parties here and been very satisfied. Only downsides are: There are machines that go out of order pretty often (but they try to fix them quickly), the show that they do for bday parties goes on for an eternity and my toddlers are very restless during it and the place is oober packed on the weekends and evenings. They most definitely need a midtown location to ease the frequent crowding!

Well,
not my usual kind of hang out, but hey, my nephews aren’t old enough to get in anywhere else (they’re 6 and 7 yrs old).
Hmmm, well the beer was expensive, watered down and served in cups slightly larger than dixie cups. The pizza would sustain life but only just (I think I liked it better when I was a young’n). The games lacked violence and nudity (there weren’t even any scantly clad Japanese warrior girls). I will commend the place on their security measures (so people don’t wander off with your kids).
I seriously lost a ton of money coming here. It is worse than a casino or strip joint. You just keep trying to get those damned little tickets so you can trade em’ for a whirly-gig or plastic cockroach… Man, good thing I didn’t have too much beer or I would’ve went to the ATM to get more cash.
Anyhow, its a good place for the kiddos.
