The first word that comes to mind is UNPROFESSIONAL. Please don’t waste your time or money. Myself and some family members and friends have had more bad experiences than I can count with the services provided as well as rude staff. The last straw came when I took my seven year old daughter for a haircut and had made appointments for a pedicure for the both of us. We got there on time, even a little early. And the girl who was going to cut my daughters hair still had a client and she rudely said she would be done in about 20 minutes. Okay fine the client is waiting. Wait for it… this is the jaw dropping part. The manager comes over to my daughter and I and let’s me know to stay where I am-in the waiting area and I could watch my daughter get a haircut from there. That it was now their policy not to let parents come over to the station. I found this extremely tacky and rude and do not understand it. I am paying for a service and would like to oversee that my daughter doesn’t get her hair whacked off. This made my seven years old daughter who has only had a few haircuts very uncomfortable and made me so mad I actually told her to cancel our appointments and we were done. I told her how unprofessional this was and this should of been discussed over the phone without my little girl listening to the conversation. All she could say is Im sorry you feel that way. Wow. UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your money and go somewhere else where your business is appreciated!

I just stared getting my hair done here, after going to the same hair dresser for over 10 years. I decided to try something new and I am glad I did! My first visit was fine. I had a girl do a trim and a root touch up. It took her a little longer than expected to get set up and do my hair. She had trouble interacting with me and I could tell she was nervous. The end product was good, but she needed to gain some confidence in her abilities. I think she may have just finished her beauty college schooling. My second appointment, I had Rusty, whom my mom recommended. He was right on time and had everything set up. He did an awesome job on the color and suggested a new style for my hair. Also, after the shampoo, he offered a arm massage, which was marvelous. He did my hair within 2 ½ hours, which is fast considering the thickness and length. I love the new shape and color of my hair. The prices are fair. The receptionist is very accommodating and offers drinks during your appointment. It is somewhat bothersome that they try to push the products and the membership. I know this is something they have to do, so I politely say«no thank you.» Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment, because the stylist book up quick. Call ahead and be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks to a month. This is an excellent salon with a great staff and atmosphere.
